| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Pembangunan Teknologi Informasi Berbasis Internet (Studi di Desa Melung Kecamatan Kedung Banteng Kabupaten Banyumas)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala desa dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap keberhasilan pembangunan teknologi informasi berbasis internet di Desa Melung Kecamatan Kedung Banteng Kabupaten Banyumas, baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 233 KK (Kepala Keluarga). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Koefisien Korelasi Kendall’s Tau-c, Korelasi Konkordansi Kendall’s W, dan Regresi Ordinal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala desa terhadap keberhasilan pembangunan teknologi informasi berbasis internet di Desa Melung Kecamatan Kedung Banteng Kabupaten Banyumas sebesar 32,7 persen dengan arah positif. (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap keberhasilan pembangunan teknologi informasi berbasis internet di Desa Melung Kecamatan Kedung Banteng Kabupaten Banyumas sebesar 35,9 persen dengan arah positif. (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan kepala desa dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap keberhasilan pembangunan teknologi informasi berbasis internet di Desa Melung Kecamatan Kedung Banteng Kabupaten Banyumas sebesar 47,7 persen dengan arah positif. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research entitles “Factors Affecting the Success of Development of Internet Based Information Technology (Study in Melung Village Kedung Banteng District Banyumas Regency)”. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the leadership of the village head and community participation to the successful development of internet-based information technology in Melung Village Kedung Banteng District Banyumas Regency, either partially or collectively. This research uses associative quantitative method with survey approach. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The number of samples is 233 families (head of household). The analytical method used is Kendall’s Tau-c Correlation Coefficient, Kendall’s W Concordance Correlation, and Ordinal Regression. The result of this research are (1) there is a significant influence of leadership of village head toward the success of internet-based information technology development in Melung Village Kedung Banteng District Banyumas Regency is 32,7 percent in positive direction. (2) there is a significant influence of community participation toward the success of internet-based information technology development in Melung Village Kedung Banteng District Banyumas Regency is 35,9 percent in positive direction. (3) there is a significant influence of leadership of village head and community participation toward the success of internet-based information technology development in Melung Village Kedung Banteng District Banyumas Regency 47,7 percent in positive direction. |
