| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perbedaan skala usaha I dan skala usaha II ditinjau dari pendapatan dan efisiensi usaha. Sasaran penelitian semua anggota kelompok peternak kambing perah Caprani di Kecamatan Dukuhturi Kabupaten Tegal. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder, data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan peternak sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui catatan Dinas Kelautan, Perikanan dan Peternakan Kabupaten Tegal. Variabel Penelitian yaitu : pendapatan peternak, efisiensi usaha (R/C), umur peternak, jumlah pakan, dan pendidikan peternak. Metode penetapan sampel dilakukan dengan metode survei, sampel wilayah dipilih dengan metode purposive (sengaja). Pengambilan sampel responden diambil dari semua (23 orang) anggota kelompok peternakan kambing perah Caprani. Hasil menunjukkan rata–rata pendapatan skala I adalah Rp. 4.922.008,00 dan efisiensinya adalah 1,53, sedangkan pendapatan skala usaha II adalah Rp. 9.360.979,00 dan efisiensinya adalah 1,17. Hasil analisis komparasi menunjukkan pendapatan dan efisiensi skala usaha I dan skala usaha II berbeda sangat nyata (P < 0,01). Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan faktor sosial yang berpengaruh sangat nyata (P < 0,01) adalah jumlah pakan, sedangkan faktor sosial umur peternak dan tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P > 0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pendapatan dan efisiensi skala usaha I dan skala usaha II berbeda, serta faktor sosial yang mempengaruhi pendapatan dan efisiensi adalah jumlah pemberian pakan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of business scale I and business scale II in terms of revenue and business efficiency. The research target of are all member group of Caprani Dairy Goat in Dukuhturi District, Regency of Tegal. The data source consists of primary data and secondary data, the primary data obtained through direct interviews with farmers and while the secondary data obtained through the records of the Department of Marine, Fisheries and Husbandry in regency of Tegal. The research variables are : farmers income, business efficiency (R/C Ratio), age of farmers, amount of feed, and education of farmer. The method of the determining sample was done by survey method, the sample area was chosen by purposive sampling. The samples taken from all (23 farmers) members in group of Caprani dairy goats. The results of show the average income in business scale I is Rp. 4.922.008,00 and the efficiency is 1,53, while the income of the business scale II is Rp. 9.360.979,00 and its efficiency is 1,17. The results of comparative analysis shows that the income and efficiency of business scale I and business scale II are very significant (P < 0,01). The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed of that social factor which influenced is very real (P < 0,01) was the amount of feed, while the social factors of farmers age and education levels of farmers had no significant (P > 0,05). The conclusion of this research is the income and efficiency of business scale I and business scale II are different, and social factors that influence of income and efficient is the amount of feeding. |
