| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Adanya asuransi kesehatan sosial diharapkan dapat melindungi pesertanya dari pengeluaran out-of-pocket (OOP) yang dapat berimplikasi pada pengeluaran katastropik. Namun, pada studi pendahuluan ditemukan adanya pasien BPJS Kesehatan penyakit stroke di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto masih mengalami pengeluaran out-of-pocket. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena pengeluaran katastropik pada pasien BPJS Kesehatan penyakit stroke di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Jumlah informan sebanyak 12 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan content analysis. Hasil Penelitian: Terdapat lima tema yang muncul dalam penelitian ini. (1).Karakteristik pengeluaran out-of-pocket untuk pasien BPJS penyakit stroke selama perawatan inap, (2) Respon negatif (tidak menerima) keluarga terhadap beban pengeluaran out-of-pocket selama perawatan inap pasien, (3) Strategi keluarga melalui sumber daya internal dan eksternal untuk mengatasi pengeluaran out-of-pocket selama perawatan inap pasien, (4) Kesulitan keuangan jangka pendek yang dihadapi keluarga selama perawatan inap pasien, (5) Persepsi keluarga terhadap BPJS Kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Pasien BPJS Kesehatan penyakit stroke di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo masih ada yang mengalami pengeluaran katastropik. |

Inggris) | Background: The existence of social health insurance is expected to protect participants from out-of-pocket (OOP) expenditures that can have implications for catastrophic expenditure. However, in the preliminary study found the presence of patients BPJS Kesehatan with stroke disease in inpatient installation of RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto still has out-of-pocket expenditure. This study aims to describe the phenomenon of catastrophic expenditure in patients BPJS Kesehatan stroke disease in inpatient of RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Methods: This type of research is qualitative with phenomenology approach. Number of informants is 12 people selected by purposive sampling. Methods of data collection were conducted with in-depth interviews. Processing and data analysis using content analysis. Results: There are five themes that emerged in this study. (1) Out-of-pocket expenditure characteristics for stroke BPJS patients during inpatient care, (2) Negative (not receiving) family response to out-of-pocket expenditure expenses during patient care, (3) Family strategy through internal and external resources to address out-of-pocket expenditure during patient care, (4) Short-term financial difficulties that facing families during patient care, (5) Family perception of BPJS Kesehatan. Conclusion: Patient BPJS Kesehatan stroke disease in inpatient installation of RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo still has a catastrophic expenditure. |
