| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Skripsi ini berjudul “Penerapan Hukum tentang Perjanjian Jual Beli Melalui Transaksi Elektronik (E-Commerce) Pada Situs www.razordistrio.com.” Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk mengetahui bentuk perjanjian jual beli melalui e-commerce pada situs www.razordistro.com. dan penyelesaian hukum bagi para pihak dalam hal terjadinya wanprestasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis dan analisis secara normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh simpulan bahwa perjanjian jual beli online pada Razordistro merupakan perjanjian yang mengandung perikatan bersyarat, berupa syarat batal. Syarat batal ini berlaku apabila pembeli terlambat melakukan pembayaran, maka secara otomatis perjanjian jual beli menjadi batal dan penyelesaian hukum bagi para pihak dalam terjadinya wanprestasi ialah: apabila pembeli melakukan wanprestasi maka terjadi pembatalan perjanjian, dan apabila penjual yang melakukan wanprestasi, maka pembeli mempunyai pilihan gugatan, yaitu menuntut pemenuhan prestasi, pemenuhan prestasi disertai ganti kerugian, dan pembatalan perjanjian. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This thesis is entitled "application of the law of purchase agreement Through electronic transactions (E-Commerce) on the website www.razordistrio.com." This research was conducted to find out which form to purchase agreement through e-commerce on the site www.razordistro.com. and completion of the law for the parties in the event of the occurrence of the tort. The research method used is the juridical normative method with descriptive research analytical specification and analysis of normative qualitative basis. Based on the results of the analysis of the obtained conclusions that the purchase agreement online at Razordistro is an agreement containing a conditional Alliance, the terms Cancel. This occurs when the terms cancel buyer's late payment, then automatically purchase agreement becomes void and completion of the law for the parties in the occurrence of tort is when buyers do tort then occurs to the cancellation of the agreement, and if the sellers do tort, then the buyer has the option of a lawsuit, that is demanding the fulfillment of the accomplishment, the fulfillment of the achievements accompanied replace losses, and cancellation of the agreement. |
