Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian bertujuan untuk menetapkan level terbaik pemberian feed supplement Heit-Chrose pada pakan sapi perah dalam meningkatkan kualitas susu ditinjau dari kadar Total Solid dan Solid Non Fat di Balai Pembibitan dan Budidaya Ternak Ruminansia Satker Pagerkukuh Kota Wonosobo. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Nested Clasification, setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali (grup A) dan 3 kali (grup B) serta setiap unit percobaan terdapat 21 ekor sapi perah. Perlakuan yang di uji terdiri atas : R0 (0% Heit-Chrose), R1 1% (Heit-Chrose) , R2 (2% Heit-Chrose). Peubah yang diamati adalah Total Solid, Solid Non Fat, Trend Total Solid Dan Tren Solid Non fat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan feed supplemnt heit chrose dalam pakan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kadar total solid (P<0.01), dan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap kadar Solid non fat, trend total solid, dan trend solid non fat. Disimpulkan bahwa supplementasi 2 % Heit Chrose dari total konsentrat mampu meningkatkan nilai Total Solid. Nilai Solid Non Fat, trend Total Solid, dan trend Solid Non Fat belum berpengaruh terhadap pemberian Heit Chrose.

Inggris)The aim of the research was to determine the best level of the addition of feed supplement Heit-Chrose in the diet of dairy cattle and its effect on the level of total solid and solid non fat value in Dairy Cattle Breeding and Livestock in Pagerkukuh Wonosobo. The research method was experiment with the design used was Nested Clasification Design, each treatment is repeated 4 times (Group A) and 3 times (Group B) each experiment unit there are 21 dairy cattle. The treatments used were R0 (0 % Heit-Chrose), R1 (1 % Heit-Chrose), R2 (2 % Heit-Chrose). The variables were the levels of Total Solid, Solid Non Fat, Trend Total Solid and Trend Solid Non fat. The results showed that the feed supplement (Heit Chrose) in feeding had significant effect on Total Solid, and had no significant effect on total Solid Non Fat, Trend Total Solid and Trend Solid Non Fat (P>0,01). It is concluded that the Total Solid value is increased by supplementation of 2 % Heit Chrose of the total concentrate. The value of Solid Non Fat, Trend Solid Non Fat and Trend Total Solid are not significantly effect by supplementation of Heit Chrose.
