| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan Leverage Modal Kerja Aktivitas Dan Proftabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage, Modal Kerja, Aktivitas Dan Proftabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek yang diteliti adalah Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage, Modal Kerja, Aktivitas Dan Proftabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value; Leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value; Modal Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value, Aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value, serta Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 17 bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage, Modal Kerja dan Aktivitas bebrpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value, sedangkan Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifkan terhadap Price to Book Value Implikasi dari penelitian ini, manajemen perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Price to Book Value. Manajemen perusahaan perlu menekan tingak Return on Equity-nya agar dapat meningkatkan Price to Book Value. Investor dan calon investor sebaiknya berfokus pada rasio keuangan dalam berinvestasi. |

Inggris) | This research entitled Analysis Influence of Firm Size, Leverage, Working capital, Activity and Profitability on Price to Book Value of The manufacture Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2012-2016. Purpose of this research was determine and analyze the influence of Firm Size, Leverage, Working capital, Activity and Profitability on Price to Book Value. Hypothesis on this research are Firm Size has a positive and significant to Price to Book Value, Leverage has a negative and significant to Price to Book Value, Working capital has a positive and significant to Price to Book Value, Activity has a positive and significant influence to Price to Book Value and Profitability has a positive and significant influence on Price to Book Value. Analysis method on this research used multiple linear regression. Technical sampling used purposive sampling and total sample is 17 banks. Based on the research results indicated that Firm Size, Leverage, Working capital and Activity has a positive and significant influence on Price to Book Value and Profitability has a negative and not significant influence on Price to Book Value. The implication of this research was industry management needed to consider factors that may influence Price to Book Value. Industry management need to push the level of Return On Equity in order to increase a Price to Book Value. Investors and prospective investors should focus on financial ratio in investing. |
