| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental menggunakan analisis proksimat. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yaitu P1 : Konsentrat 70% + tepung daun sengon 30% (BK), P2 : Konsentrat 70% + tepung tongkol jagung 30% (BK), P3 : Konsentrat 70% + tepung klobot jagung 30% (BK), P4 : Konsentrat 70% + tepung kulit bawang putih 30% (BK). Variabel yang dikur yaitu kadar protein kasar, serat kasar dan bahan organik. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi, jika terdapat perbedaan maka akan dilakukan uji lanjut menggunakan uji beda nyata jujur (BNJ). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap protein kasar, serat kasar dan bahan organik ransum. Hasil uji BNJ menunjukkan kadar protein kasar terendah yaitu P2 (8.3214%) dan tidak berbeda dengan P3 (8.7240%) ,sedangkan P4 (9.6375%) dan P1 (13.3581%) berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan yang lain. Kadar serat kasar pada P4 (27.1449%) dan P1 (19.1179 %) berbeda nyata dengan P2 (23.1039%) dan P3 (22.7865%). Kadar bahan organik P4 (80.6090%) lebih rendah dibanding P2 (82.0757%),P3 (81.9224%) dan P1 (81.7656%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kali ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan yang menunjukan kadar protein kasar ransum yang tertinggi dan serat kasar ransum yang rendah yaitu ditunjukan oleh P1 dengan rataan kadar protein kasar dan serat kasar 13.3581% ± 0.55389 dan 19.1179 % ± 2.69538. Kadar bahan organik tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh P2 dengan nilai 82.0757 % ± 0.04224. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research method was experimental by using proximate analysis. The study used completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments were P1 : concentrate, 70% + sengon leaf, 30% (DM), P2 : concentrate, 70% + corn cob, 30% (DM), P3 : concentrate, 70% + corn husk, 30% (DM), P4 : concentrate, 70% + garlic husk, 30% (DM). Variables measured in this study were the levels of crude protein, crude fiber and organic matter. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and followed by Honesty significant difference (HSD) test. The results of this study showed that treatment had a significant (P<0.05) effect on crude protein, crude fiber and organic matter in the ration. The results of HSD test showed that the lowest crude protein level was of P2 (8.3214%) and had no differences to P3 (8.7240%), while P4 (9.6375%) and P1 (13.3581%) had a significant difference to the other treatments. The level of crude fiber of P4 (27.1449%) and P1 (19.1179 %) had a significant difference to P2 (23.1039%) and P3 (22.7865%). The levels of organic matter of P4 (80.6090%) was the lowest than P2 (82.0757%),P3 (81.9224%) and P1 (81.7656%). Based on the results the P1 showed the lowest level of crude fiber and the highest level of crude protein in the ration. The highest organic matter was showed by P2. |
