| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Persepsi masyarakat tentang kesehatan gigi yang keliru menyebabkan kurang dimanfaatkannya sarana kesehatan yang telah ada. Setiap peserta berhak memperoleh manfaat jaminan kesehatan yang bersifat pelayanan kesehatan perorangan, mencakup pelayanan promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatif. Selain persepsi masyarakat, faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan yaitu akses pelayanan kesehatan mencangkup jarak dan waktu tempuh. Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan juga dipengaruhi oleh kebutuhan (need) berupa derajat kesehatan gigi yang termasuk faktor kebutuhan dalam pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi tentang kesehatan gigi, akses pelayanan kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan gigi Puskesmas pada peserta BPJS Kesehatan PBI di Banyumas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Analisis bivariat menggunakan Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan persepsi tentang kesehatan gigi (p value = 0,00 < α), dan derajat kesehatan gigi (p value = 0,001 < α), sedangkan akses (meliputi jarak dan waktu tempuh) tidak memiliki hubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan gigi Puskesmas. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah variabel yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan gigi Puskesmas yakni persepsi dan derajat kesehatan gigi. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif mengenai pihak penyedia pelayan kesehatan, antara lain: penerimaan (acceptable), keterjangkauan (affordable), dan kualitas pelayanan (quality). |

Utilization of health services is also influenced by the need In the form of level of oral health status which includes the factors of need in the utilization of health services. The purpose of this study is to connect these factors with the utilization of oral services at local government clinic at BPJS-PBI participants in Banyumas. This study is a cross sectional study with the number of respondents 100 respondens. Bivariate analysis using Spearman Rho. The results indicated there was a perception relation about oral health (p value = 0,00 < α), and dental health status (p value = 0,001 < α). While access (including distance and travel time) has no relationship with the utilization of oral health services at local government clinic. The conclusions of this study are variables associated with the utilization of oral health services at local government clinic is the perception and level of oral health. Suggestion for subsequent study that is to use qualitative method about medication motivation and maintaining oral health at participant of BPJS-PBI as continuation of perception about oral health, and examine the providers of health services, for example: acceptable, affordability, and quality of service. |
