| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keefektifan metabolit sekunder tiga isolat Trichoderma harzianum terhadap penyakit antraknosa daun kakao serta pengaruhnya terhadap komponen produksi tunas tanaman kakao. Penelitian dilaksanakan di perkebunan kakao rakyat, Dusun Gumawang, Desa Putat, Kecamatan Patuk, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta, Mulai November 2016 sampai Januari 2017. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan terdiri atas kontrol, metabolit sekunder T. harzianum isolat bawang merah, metabolit sekunder T. harzianum isolat jahe, dan metabolit sekunder T. Harzianum isolat pisang. Variabel yang diamati meliputi: intesnitas penyakit, laju infeksi, jumlah tunas daun dan senyawa fenol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan metabolit sekunder T. harzianum bawang merah , pisang, dan jahe mampu menekan intensitas penyakit sebesar 49,59; 36,05; 31,17%, serta laju infeksi sebesar 0,32; 0,33; dan 0,33 unit/hari. Perlakuan metabolit sekunder T. harzianum isolat pisang dan jahe mampu meningkatkan jumlah tunas sebesar 42,55; 29,78%. Perlakuan metabolit sekunder T. harzianum isolat bawang merah dan jahe mampu meningkatkan senyawa fenol (saponin,tanin dan glikosida) pada daun tanaman kakao. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aimed to study the effectiveness of secondary metabolites derived from three Trichoderma harzianum isolates toward cocoa leaves anthracnose and their influence on growth cocoa plant. The research was conducted at the cocoa plantations at Gumawang hamlet, Putat Village, Patuk Sub-District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta from November 2016 up to January 2017 and at the Laboratory of plant Protection, Faculty of Agricultute. Jenderal Soedirman University. Randomized Block Design was used with four treatments and six replicates consisted of control, application of secondary metabolites from T. harzianum shallots, ginger and banana isolates. Variables observed were the disease intensity, the infection rate, the number of cocoa shoot and phenolic compounds. Result of the research showed that the metabolites secondary from T. harzianum shallots,banana and ginger isolates, could suppress the disease intensity as 49,59; 36,05; and 31,17%. Respectively, and the infection rate as 0,32; 0,33; and 0,33 unit/day, respectively. The secondary metabolite of T. harzianum banana and ginger isolates could increase the number of cocoa shoot as 42,55 and 29,78%. Respectively, and suppress the secondary metabolite of T. harzianum shallots and ginger isolates could increase phenolic compound (tannin,saponin,and glycoside) in cocoa leaves. |
