| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Tenaga Kerja dan Belanja Modal Terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto di Kabupatan Banyumas Tahun 2000- 2015”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis variabel tenaga kerja dan belanja modal terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Kabupaten Banyumas baik secara parsial atau simultan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda melalui metode ordinary least square dengan menggunakan data time series dari kurun waktu 2000-2015 (16 tahun). Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tenaga kerja dan belanja modal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Adapun secara parsial belanja modal berpengaruh signifikan dan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Berdasarkan hasil analisis elastisitas, belanja modal merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Implikasi untuk penelitian ini yaitu pemerintah daerah perlu menunjang peningkatan belanja modal dengan cara meningkat pendapatan daerah. Salah satunya dengan cara pajak daerah yang di telah di tetapkan pemerintah daerah. Selain itu peran masyarakat untuk wajib pajak yang secara langsung untuk membiayai pengeluaran daerah seperti belanja modal. Dimana belanja modal tersebut digunakan untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang memiliki standarisasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was entitledas "The Influence of Labor and Capital Expenditure on Gross Regional Domestic Product in Banyumas District of 2000- 2015". The purpose of this research is to analyze the variable of labor and capital expenditure to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) in Banyumas Regency either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis through ordinary least square method using time series data from 2000-2015 (16 years). The results of this study can be concluded that labor and capital expenditures together affect the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP). The partial capital expenditure has a significant effect and the labor has no significant effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP). Based on the result of elasticity analysis, capital expenditure is the most influential variable to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP). The implication for this research is that local governments need to support the increase in capital expenditure by increasing regional income. One of them by way of local taxes that have been set local government. In addition, the role of the community for taxpayers who directly to finance regional expenditures such as capital expenditure. Where capital expenditure is used to provide public services that have standardization. |
