| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Efektivitas pembangunan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi, dalam hal ini adalah organisasi pemerintah untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan terciptanya efektivitas maka rencana pembangunan akan tercapai sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Sebaliknya tidak efektif dalam bekerja akan berakibat buruk bagi keberhasilan organisasi karena akan sulit untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Instansi pemerintah dalam hal ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Buniseuri Kecamatan Cipaku Kabupaten Ciamis berupaya melakukan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan secara efektif. Pada tahun 2015 pembangunan infrastruktur jalan di Desa Buniseuri belum terlaksana secara efektif serta adanya fenomena terkait kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dan pengawasan dari kepala desa terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat (X1) terhadap efektivitas pembangunan infrastruktur jalan (Y), besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala desa (X2) terhadap efektivitas pembangunan infrastruktur jalan (Y), dan besarnya pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat (X1) dan kepemimpinan kepala desa (X2) terhadap efektivitas pembangunan infrastruktur jalan (Y) di Desa Buniseuri Kecamatan Cipaku Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dari variabel partisipasi masyarakat dan kepemimpinan kepala desa terhadap efektivitas pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala keluarga Desa Buniseuri Kecamatan Cipaku Kabupaten Ciamis. bahwa dari dua variabel yang terdiri dari partisipasi masyarakat dan kepemimpinan kepala desaberpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap efektivitas pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semua variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel dependen yaitu efektivitas pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The effectivity of developmen is a fundamental aspect in an organization, in this case is a government, to achieve goals which have been set. If effectiveness has been reached, then the development plans would also be achieved concordance to intended goals. In reverse, ineffectivity would put a bad cause for organization’s success as it would be difficult to achieve its goals. Government, in this case was the local government of Buniseri Village of Cipaku District of Ciamis Regency made efforts to do the roadway infrastructure construction as effective as possible. In 2015, roadway infrastructure construction in Buniseri has not been effectively done in addition to phenomenon about the lack of public participation and supervision from Buniseri villagechief towards the roadway infrastructure construction. Aim of this research is to determine the influence of public participation (X1) towards the effectivity of roadway infrastucture construction (Y), the influence of village chief leadership (X2) towards the effectivity of roadway infrastucture construction (Y), and the influence of public participation (X1) and villagechief leadership (X2) towards the effectivity of roadway infrastucture construction (Y) in Buniseri Village of Cipaku District of Ciamis Regency. This research was using quantitative method to determine the influence of public participation and village chiefleadership towards the effectivity of roadway infrastructure construction. Technics sampling was using cluster random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Target of this research is heads of households in Buniseri Village of Cipaku District of Ciamis Regency. Ordinal regression test showed that from two variables which are public participation and village chief leadership have positive significancy influence toward the effectivity of roadway infrastructure construction. This result showed that all of independent variables have positive significancy toward dependent variable which is the effectivity of roadway infrastructure construction. |
