| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Dalam melaksanaan pembangunan daerah, masalah keuangan merupakan masalah pokok pemerintah dalam mengelola penerimaan dan pengeluaran yang harus dilakukan oleh pemerintah demi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Untuk itu, dalam pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, aspek pengelolaan keuangan daerah menjadi hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh setiap pemerintah daerah. Kinerja keuangan daerah sebagai salah satu tolak ukur kesuksesan pelaksanaan otonomi daerah. Kinerja keuangan menjadi dasar dalam mengelola keuangan daerah secara efektif, mandiri, ekonomis dan efisien agar dapat mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang modern. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan daerah terhadap struktur pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kinerja keuangan tersebut diukur dengan rasio kemandirian, rasio efektivitas PAD dan rasio efisiensi belanja daerah. Sampel sebanyak 79 kabupaten dipilih dari populasi seluruh kabupaten di pulau Jawa, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi logistik multinominal, setelah sebelumnya semua data memenuhi berbagai persyaratan outlier dan uji kesesuaian model. Regresi logistik multinominal digunakan karena variabel dependen berupa skala nominal dengan nilai skala 1-3. Hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa rasio kemandirian, rasio efektivitas PAD dan rasio efisiensi belanja daerah berpengaruh simultan terhadap struktur pertumbuhan ekonomi dan rasio kemandirian berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap struktur pertumbuhan ekonomi. |

Inggris) | In the implementation of regional development, the financial problem is the main problem of the government in managing the revenue and expenditure that must be done by the government for the welfare of the community. Therefore, in the implementation of regional autonomy, the aspect of local financial management becomes an important thing that must be considered by every local government. Local financial performance as one of the benchmarks of successful implementation of regional autonomy. Financial performance becomes the basis in managing local finance effectively, independently, economically and efficiently in order to achieve modern economic growth. Modern economic growth is the increasing contribution of the industrial sector or trade and the reduced contribution of the agricultural sector. This study examines the effect of local financial performance on the structure of economic growth. The financial performance is measured by the self reliance ratio, local revenue effectiveness ratio and local expenditure efificiency ratio. The number of sample are 79 districts were selected from the population of all districts in Java, using purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used multinominal logistic regression to test the relationship between dependent and independent variables, after previously all data met the various outlier requirements and the model fit test. Multinominal logistic regression is used because the dependent variable is a nominal scale with a scale of 1-3. The test results showed that the self reliance ratio and local revenue effectiveness ratio had a positive effect on the structure of economic growth, while the local expenditure efficiency ratio had no significant impact on the structure of economic growth. |
