| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum di Kabupaten Banjarnegara” .Permasalahan utama adalah kinerja pegawai di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum di Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang akan dipengaruhi oleh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap KinerjaPegawai di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum di Kabupaten Banjarnegara .Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode survey, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi.Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan perhitungan statistic Korelasi Kendall Tau-c, Korelasi Konkordansi Kendall W dan Regresi Ordinal, dengan sasaran penelitian sebanyak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan sebagaiberikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Gaya Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 0,274 atau 27,4 persen dan 72,6 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidakditeliti (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 0,193 atau19,3 persen dan 80,7 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 0,127 atau 12,7 persen dan 87,3 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara DisiplinKerja, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerjat terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 0,352 atau 35,2 persen dan 64,8 dipengaruhi oleh variable lainya yang tidak diteliti. Oleh karenanya keseluruhan hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study, entitled “The Influence of the Working Discipline, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee’s Performance in the Regional Water Compani in Banjarnegara”. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the working Discipline, motivation and work environment against the performance of the company's employees in the Area of drinking water in Banjarnegara district. Grand theory used in this study from Dale Timpel stating that factor influenperformance intrinsic and extrinsic. This research uses a quantitative research method with method survey approach. Methods of analysis used statistical Correlation calculation using the Kendall Tau-c, the concordance Correlation Kendall W and Ordinal Regression, with target research as much as 70 employees.Based on the results of quantitative analysis in this research can be described as follows: (1) there is a significant influence among the working Discipline Style against the performance of the Employees of 0.274 or 27.4 percent and 72.6 percent affected by other variables not examined (2) there was significant influence between the motivation of Employees on performance or 0.193 19.3 80.7% and percent affected by the variables not examined (3) there was significant influence between the work environment on performance of Employees 0.127 or 12.7 percent and 87.3 percent affected by other variables not examined (4) there is a significant influence among the working Discipline, motivation and Employee work environment on performance of 0.352 or 35.2 64.8% and influenced by other varibael who are not examined. |
