| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 19 Februari - 04 Maret 2017 di Laboraturium Ilmu Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik yang paling baik dari daun ubi jalar, daun kacang tanah, daun kacang panjang, dan daun kembang sepatu secara in vitro. Materi penelitian yang digunakan berupa daun ubi jalar, daun kacang tanah, daun kacang panjang, dan daun kembang sepatu, konsentrat yang terdiri dari pollard, bungkil kelapa, onggok, mineral, dedak padi, dan urea. Imbangan kosentrat dengan hijauan yang digunakan adalah 60% : 40%. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan yaitu P1 (Konsentrat 60% + 40% daun ubi jalar), P2 (Konsentrat 60% + 40% daun kacang tanah), P3 (Konsentrat 60% + 40% daun kacang panjang), dan P4 (Konsentrat 60% + 40% daun kembang sepatu) dan setiap perlakuan diulang 5 kali. Data yang diperoleh dihitung menggunakan persamaan aljabar kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi dan diuji lanjut dengan uji beda nyata jujur (BNJ). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0.01) terhadap kecernaan bahan kering dan kecernaan bahan organik. Berdasarkan uji beda nyata jujur (BNJ) dengan membandingkan nilai tengah perlakuan didapatkan bahwa kecernaan bahan kering antara P1 vs P3 (20,73 ± 1,93 vs 29,42 ± 1,56), P1 vs P4 (20,73 ± 1,93 vs 32,54 ± 1,73), P2 vs P3 (22,88 ± 2,49 vs 29,42 ± 1,56), P2 vs P4 (22,88 ± 2,49 vs 32,54 ± 1,73) berbeda sangat nyata (P<0,01), dan P1 vs P2 (20,73 ± 1,93 vs 22,88 ± 2,49) P3 vs P4 (29,42 ± 1,56 vs 32,54 ± 1,73) berbeda tidak nyata (P>0,05). Kecernaan bahan organik antara P1 vs P3 (23,11 ± 1,65 vs 32,11 ± 2,35), P1 vs P4 (23,11 ± 1,65 vs 35,02 ± 2,09), P2 vs P3 (25,39 ± 2,86 vs 32,11 ± 2,35), P2 vs P4 (25,39 ± 2,86 vs 35,02 ± 2,09) berbeda sangat nyata (P<0,01), dan P1 vs P2 (23,11 ± 1,65 vs 25,39 ± 2,86) P3 vs P4 (32,11 ± 2,35 vs 35,02 ± 2,09) berbeda tidak nyata (P>0,05). Kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik dari yang tertinggi ke terendah secara berturut-turut adalah daun kembang sepatu, daun kacang tanah, daun kacang panjang, dan daun ubi jalar. |

Inggris) | The Research was conducted from 19th of February to 04th of March 2017 at the Nutrition Science and Animal Feed Laboratory, Animal Husbandry Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The purpose of this research was to know the best dry matter and organic matter digestibility of sweet potatoes, peanut, long bean, and hibiscus leaf by in vitro. The materials of this research were sweet potato, peanut, long bean, and hibiscus leaves, concentrate consisted of pollard, coconut cake, onggok, mineral, rice bran, and urea. The ratio of concentrate to forage of the feed was 60% : 40%. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used in this research with 4 treatments: P1 (60% concentrate + 40% sweet potato leaves), P2 (60% concentrate + 40% peanut leaves), P3 (60% concentrate + 40% long bean leaves), and P4 (60% Concentrate + 40% hibiscus leaves) and each treatment was repeated 5 times. Data were calculated by using an algebraic method then the data were analyzed using analysis of variance and followed by Honesty Significant Difference (HSD) test. The results of the analysis showed, treatment had a highly significant effect (P<0.01) on dry matter digestibility and organic matter digestibility. Honesty Significant Difference (HSD) test by comparing the mean values of treatments showed that dry matter digestibility between P1 vs P3 (20.73 ± 1.93 vs 29.42 ± 1.56), P1 vs P4 (20.73 ± 1.93 vs 32.54 ± 1.73), P2 vs P3 (22.88 ± 2.49 vs 29.42 ± 1.56), P2 vs P4 (22.88 ± 2.49 vs 32.54 ± 1.73) were significantly different (P <0.01), and P1 vs P2 (20.73 ± 1.93 vs 22.88 ± 2.49) P3 vs P4 (29.42 ± 1.56 vs 32.54 ± 1.73) were not significantly different (P> 0.05). The digestibility of organic matter between P1 vs P3 (23.11 ± 1.65 vs 32.11 ± 2.35), P1 vs P4 (23.11 ± 1.65 vs 35.02 ± 2.09), P2 vs P3 (25.39 ± 2.86 vs 32.11 ± 2.35), P2 vs P4 (25.39 ± 2.86 vs 35.02 ± 2.09) were significantly different (P <0.01), and P1 vs P2 (23.11 ± 1.65 vs 25.39 ± 2.86) P3 vs P4 (32.11 ± 2.35 vs 35.02 ± 2.09) were not significantly different (P> 0.05). The dry matter and organic matter digestibility from the highest to the lowest were hibiscus, peanut, long bean, and sweet potato leaves. |
