| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | “Penggunaan Sinbiotik dalam Pakan terhadap Viskositas dan Kedalaman air sac Telur Itik Tegal” telah dilaksanakan di Seloarum Farm pada tanggal 19 Mei sampai dengan tanggal 18 September 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penggunaan sinbiotik dalam pakan terhadap viskositas dan kedalaman air sac telur itik tegal. Materi yang digunakan itik Tegal betina umur 6 bulan sebanyak 60 ekor yang dipelihara selama dua bulan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimental in vivo dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan lima ulangan setiap ulangan terdiri dari tiga ekor itik Tegal. Perlakuan yang di uji adalah R0= Penggunaan sinbiotik sebanyak 0% (kontrol), R1= Penggunaan sinbiotik sebanyak 2%, R2= Penggunaan sinbiotik sebanyak 4%, R3= Penggunaan sinbiotik sebanyak 6%. Peubah yang di amati adalah viskositas dan kedalaman air sac. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sinbiotik dalam pakan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap viskositas, dan kedalaman air sac telur itik Tegal. Rataan viskositas telur Itik hasil penelitian R0, R1, R2, R3, berturut-turut adalah 0.02 (Pa.s); 0.04 (Pa.s), 0.03 (Pa.s), 0.02 (Pa.s). Rataan kedalaman air sac adalah 3.67 (mm); 4.18 (mm); 4.15 (mm); 3.58 mm. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah Pemberian sinbiotik dalam pakan menghasilkan viskositas telur dan kedalaman air sac telur itik Tegal yang relatif sama. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | “The use of synbiotic in Feed on viscosity and depth of air sac of Tegal Duck Egg” was implemented in Seloarum Farm from May 19 until September 18, 2016. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of synbiotic in feed on the viscosity and depth of air sac of Tegal duck egg. The materials used were female Tegal ducks aged 6 months as many as 60 birds, kept for two months. The study was conducted using in vivo experimental method and completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and five replications, each replication consisted of three Tegal ducks. The treatments in the test were R0= Use of synbiotic as much as 0% (as a control), R1= Use of synbiotic as much as 2%, R2= Use of synbiotic as much as 4%, R3= Use of synbiotic as much as 6%. The results of analysis of variance showed that the uses of synbiotic in Tegal duck rations were not significant (P>0.05) on viscosity, and the effect was not significant (P>0.05) on the air sac of egg of Tegal ducks. The average values of viscosity of the research were X 0.02 (Pa.s), 0.04 (Pa.s), 0.03 (Pa.s), 0.02 (Pa.s) for R0, R1, R2, R3 respectively . The means of air sac depth were 3.67 (mm), 4.18 (mm), 4.15 (mm), 3.58 (mm). The conclusion of the research is the provision of synbiotic in the feed produces relatively similar Tegal duck egg viscosity and water depth sac. |
