| Judul Artikel | EVALUASI PENJADWALAN WAKTU DAN BIAYA DENGAN METODE NETWORK PROGRAM EVALUATION AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE (PERT) PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG PARKIR NAGOYA HILL MALL BATAM |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | PT. Jaya Multi Karya bergerak dalam bidang mekanis, konsultan teknik elektro dan sebagai kontraktor. PT JMK sendiri telah menjadi perusahaan kontraktor selama 15 tahun sampai saat ini. Adapun salah satu proyek yang ditangani oleh PT JMK yaitu proyek pembangunan gedung parkir Nagoya Hill Mall Batam. Proyek merupakan usaha yang kompleks, tidak rutin, yang dibatasi oleh waktu, anggaran dan mutu. Untuk itu sangat diperlukan perencanaan,penjadwalan dan pengendalian yang baik agar proyek berjalan sesuai dengan waktu dan biaya yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis durasi waktu yang paling efektif, total biaya proyek, serta probabilitas penyelesaian proyek dengan pencarian jalur kritis menggunakan metode PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique). Berdasarkan analisis Network Planning dengan menggunakan metode PERT didapatkan dua jalur kritis. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan perbandingan, dimana waktu normal penyelesaian proyek yang direncanakan oleh perusahaan adalah selama 468 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 15.091.235.625,00 sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode PERT proyek dapat diselesaikan selama 456 hari dengan biaya yang sama yaitu sebesar Rp. 15.091.235.625,00. Probabilitas penyelesaian proyek dari jalur kritis yang pertama sebesar 99,53 % sedangkan probabilitas penyelesaian proyek dari jalur kritis yang kedua sebesar 99,51 %. Dengan demikian analisis network planning dengan menggunakan metode PERT dapat mempersingkat waktu pengerjaan proyek selama 12 hari, sehingga proyek pembangunan gedung parkir Nagoya Hill Mall Batam dapat dilaksanakan lebih efektif dan efisien serta dapat mencapai hasil yang optimal. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | PT Jaya Multi Karya that concern on the mechanical sector, electrical engineering consultant and concern as contractor. PT. JMK become contractor company for 15 years. One of project that handled by PT. JMK is the project of parking building at Nagoya Hill Mall Batam. The project is complex work, not continuously, that limited by time, budget, and quality. That means its very needed to planning, scheduling and good controlling in order to make the project run based on estimated time and estimated budget. Purpose of this research to analyze the more effective time, total cost project and also probability of the finish project with seeking critical path used PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) method. Based on network planning analyze with using PERT method getting two critical path. Result from this research can be compared, on how the normal time to solved project that planned by company is 468 days with cost Rp. 15.091.235.625,00 whereas with PERT method project can be finished for 456 days with similar cost which is Rp. 15.091.235.625,00. Probability of the finish project from the first critical path is 99,53 % whereas probability of the finish project from second critical path is 99,51 %. So network planning analyze with using PERT method can shorting the time of project for 12 days, so the project of parking building Nagoya Hill Mall Batam can running effectively and efficient and also can reach optimal result. |
