| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengunaan sinbiotik dalam pakan pengaruhnya terhadap Total Protein Plasma Dan Total Kolesterol Darah. Materi yang digunakan adalah itik Tegal umur 3 (tiga) bulan sebanyak 60 ekor. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen secara in vivo dan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang diuji adalah pengunaan sinbiotik terdiri atas R0 (Sinbiotik 0 %), R1 (Pengunaan Sinbiotik 2 %), R2 (Pengunaan sinbiotik 4 %), R3 (Penggunaan Sinbiotik 6 %). Peubah yang diukur adalah total protein plasma dan total kolesterol darah. Rataan total protein plasma hasil penelitian R0, R1, R2, R3, berturut-turut adalah 4,88 + 0,26 mg/dl, 5,02 + 0,28 mg/dl, 5,28 + 0,45 mg/dl 5,36 + 0,36 mg/dl. Rataan total kolesterol darah hasil penelitian R0, R1, R2, R3, berturut-turut adalah 157,80 + 18,05 mg/dl, 151,20 + 45,13 mg/dl, 155,20 + 21,00 mg/dl, 148,00 + 4,74 mg/dl. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sinbiotik dalam pakan itik Tegal berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap total protein plasma dan kolesterol darah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Penggunaan Sinbiotik sampai level 6% menghasilkan total protein plasma dan total kolesterol darah yang relatif sama. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aim of the research was to evaluate the effect of the use of synbiotic in feed on plasm total protein and total blood cholesterol of male Tegal Ducks. The materials used were 60 birds of three month old Tegal ducks. The research was conducted by in vivo experimental method and used Completely Randomized Design. The treatments tested were synbiotic usages namely R0 (Synbiotic 0%), R1 (Synbiotic 2%), R2 (Synbiotic 4%), R3 (Synbiotic 6%). The variables measured were total protein of plasm and total cholesterol of blood. The mean of total protein plasm of R0, R1, R2, R3, were 4.88 + 0.26 mg/dl, 5.02 + 0.28 mg/dl, 5.28 + 0.45 mg/dl 5.36 + 0.36 mg/dl. the mean of total cholesterol of blood of R0, R1, R2, R3, were 157.80 + 18.05 mg/dl, 151.20 + 45.13 mg/dl, 155.20 + 21.00 mg/dl, 148.00 + 4.74 mg/dl. Variance analysis results showed that the usages of synbiotic in Tegal duck ration was not the significant (P>0.05) on total protein of plasm and was not significant (P>0.05) on total cholesterol of blood. The conclusion of this research is, the use of synbiotic up to 6% level produces a total of plasm proteins and total blood cholesterol are relatively the same. |
