| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari Budgetary Goal Characteristics terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh Budgetary Slack terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh moderasi yang ditimbulkan dari gaya kepemimpinan terhadap interaksi dari Budgetary Goal Characteristics dengan kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh moderasi yang ditimbulkan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap interaksi dari Budgetary Slack dengan kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah unit kerja Pusat Standarisasi Mutu Nuklir Badan tenaga Nuklir Nasional (PSMN BATAN) di Kawasan Nuklir Serpong.Pemilihan sampel dengan metode Sampling Total atau dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi yang terdapat dalam unit kerja yang berjumlah 40 orang.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer.Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menyebarkan kuisioner kepada resonden secara langsung oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Budgetary Goal Characteristics berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budgetary Slack berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh memoderasi dalam hubungan antara Budgetary Goal Characteristics dengan kinerja karyawan, serta gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh memoderasi dalam hubungan antara Budgetary Slack dengan kinerja karyawan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aimed to examine the influence of Budgetary Goal Characteristics, Budgetary Slack, leadership, interaction between Budgetary Goal Characteristics and leadership, interaction between Budgetary Slack and leadership toward job performance of employee. The type of this research is quantitative research. Population that used on this research is Nuclear Quality Standards Center on Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional (PSMN BATAN) at Serpong Nuclear Region. Method of sampling technique that used on this research is Total Sampling whether by using whole population with the amount of sample was 40 respondents. The data that used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques were distributed to the employees by the researcher. The result of this research showed that Budgetary Goal Characteristics effected the job performances of employee, Budgetary Slack effected the job performance of employee, leadership had no moderation effect in the interaction between Budgetary Goal Characteristics and job performance of employee, and also leadership had no moderation effect in the interaction between Budgetary Slack and job performance of employee. |
