| Judul Artikel | Analisis Realisme Ofensif dan Merkantilisme Agresif: Tindakan Balasan Rusia terhadap Sanksi Ekonomi Uni Eropa tahun 2014 |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Crimean Crisis might be one of the unsolved aged territorial disputes that occured throughout International Relations history. Along with it, Russia almost always been a culprit of the saturated conflict. Last breakpoint broke when Russia in early 2014 did the annexation over Crimea. This annexation drew International community criticism, trade relation alterations, and shifting alliances against Russia. The European Union or EU was the only regional organizations that provide repressive measures against Russia. EU comprehensive sanctions was aim to stimulate changes in Russia’s foreign policy towards Crimea. Instead of obtaining goals, EU receive food embargo as Russia’s retalitation. Regardless of any presumption against Russia as the culprit of Crimean Crisis, Russia’s countersanction undoubtly possess a solid rationale. Hence, this paper aimed to analyze Russia’s retalitation by their countersanction of former EU’s sanction: whether there are goals concerning Crimea, or the conflict has undergone expansion and shifted to economy matters. This paper includes brief elucidation about Crimean Crisis up to Russian food embargo an analyzing Russian countermeasure through offensif realism and benign mercantilism. |
