| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul: “Pengaruh Kompetensi Pendidik, Pengalaman, Motivasi, Kecerdasan Emosi dan Etika Profesi terhadap Profesionalitas Dosen Akuntansi di Perguruan Tinggi Purwokerto”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pendidik, pengalaman, motivasi, kecerdasan emosi, dan etika profesi terhadap profesionalitas dosen akuntansi di PTN dan PTS Purwokerto. Metode penelitian dengan survey melalui media kuesioner,dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden dosen akuntansi dari PTN dan PTS di Purwokerto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Convinience sampling. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pendidik, pengalaman, motivasi, kecerdasan emosi, dan etika profesi berpengaruh positif terhadap profesionalitas akuntan pendidik. Secara simultan semua variabel (kompetensi pendidik, pengalaman, motivasi, kecerdasan emosi, dan etika profesi) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profesionalitas akuntan pendidik. Secara parsial hanya variabel kompetensi pendidik yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profesionalitas akuntan pendidik, dan variabel pengalaman, motivasi, kecerdasan emosi serta etika profesi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profesionalitas akuntan pendidik di PTN dan PTS Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study entitled: "The Influence of Teachers Competence, experience, motivation, Emotional Intelligence Professionalism and Professional Ethics of the Accounting Lecturer at the College of Purwokerto". This study aimed to determine the effect of educator competence, experience, motivation, emotional intelligence, professionalism and professional ethics of the accounting faculty at state and private universities Purwokerto. The research method with a questionnaire survey through the media, with a sample of 50 respondents accounting professors from state universities and private universities in Purwokerto. The sample in this study using convinience sampling. The statistical methods used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that educators competence, experience, motivation, emotional intelligence, and positive influence on the professional ethics of accountants professional educators. Simultaneously all variables (educator competencies, experience, motivation, emotional intelligence, and professional ethics) significantly affects the professionalism of accountants educators. Partially only variable educator competencies that do not significantly influence the professional accountant educators, and variable experience, motivation, emotional intelligence as well as the professional ethics of professional accountants significant effect on state and private universities educator in Purwokerto. |
