| Judul Artikel | APLIKASI REGRESI LOGISTIK MULTINOMIAL UNTUK ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PEKERJAAN ALUMNI JURUSAN MATEMATIKA UNSOED |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Alumni Jurusan Matematika Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED) telah bekerja di berbagai bidang, baik sebagai pegawai, wiraswasta, maupun studi lanjut. Pada penelitian ini, faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada jenis-jenis pekerjaan tersebut dianalisis menggunakan model regresi logistik multinomial. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari 324 responden alumni Jurusan Matematika UNSOED angkatan 2005-2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap jenis pekerjaan alumni yaitu saat kuliah tinggal dengan orang tua atau tidak, dan lama studi. Selain itu, hasil estimasi parameter model menunjukkan bahwa alumni yang saat kuliah tidak tinggal dengan orang tua mempunyai peluang 0,213 kali lebih besar untuk bekerja sebagai pegawai dibanding alumni yang saat kuliah tinggal dengan orang tua. Sementara itu, alumni dengan lama studi tidak lebih dari 4 tahun mempunyai peluang 3,857 kali lebih besar untuk studi lanjut dibanding alumni dengan lama studi lebih dari 4 tahun. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT. UNSOED Mathematics alumni are working in various field, either as in employee, self-employed, or further studies. In this study, factors that influence the jobs type was analyzed using multinomial logistic regression. The used data is primary data which was obtained from 324 respondents alumni of Mathematis UNSOED class of 2005-2012. The result showed that there are two factors affect the type of jobs which are whether alumni live with their parents during college or not, and the duration of the study. In addition, the result of model parameter estimation showed that alumni who are not living with their parents have a probabilty at 0.213 times larger to work as employee than alumni who lived with their parents. Meanwhile, alumni who have duration of the study no more than 4 years have the probability of 3.857 times larger for further studies than the alumni who have study duration more than 4 years. |
