| Judul Artikel | FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PERILAKU UMKM UNTUK MEMILIKI NPWP DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel-variabel yang terdapat dalam Teori Perilaku Terencana yaitu sikap, norma subyektif, kontrol keprilakuan yang dipersepsikan terhadap niat pelaku UMKM untuk patuh, dan menguji niat pelaku UMKM untuk patuh terhadap perilaku UMKM untuk memiliki NPWP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas. Pemilihan sampel dengan metode Pusposive Sampling, dengan jumlah responden 150 UMKM. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para pemilik UMKM. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pelaku UMKM untuk patuh, norma subyektif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pelaku UMKM untuk patuh, kontrol keprilakuan yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pelaku UMKM untuk patuh, dan niat pelaku UMKM untuk patuh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku UMKM untuk memiliki NPWP. Hasil pengujian R-Square menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sikap, norma subyektif, dan kontrol keprilakuan yang dipersepsikan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 59,1% terhadap niat pelaku UMKM untuk patuh sedangkan niat pelaku UMKM untuk patuh memliki pengaruh sebesar 28,8% terhadap perilaku UMKM untuk memiliki NPWP. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to test the influence of the variables which are found in the theory of Planned Behavior namely attitudes subjective norms, perceived behavioral control toward the intention of perpetrators of SMEs to obey and test the perpetrators intention of SMEs to comply with the behavior of SMEs to have NPWP. The type of this research is quantitative research with survey methods. The population in this research is the perpetrators of SMEs in Banyumas district. Sample selection with Sampling Pusposive method, with the number of respondents are 150 SMEs. The data used in this research is primary data. The technique of the data collection is by spreading the questionnaire to the perpetrators of SMEs. The analysis method used is a Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research of the results prove that attitudes affect significantly to the perpetrators intention of SMEs to obey, subjective norms do not affect significant impact on intentions to perpetrators of SMEs to obey, perceived behavioral control influence significant to thecperpetrators intention of SMEs to obey, and the motives of the perpetrators of SMES to obey influence significantly to the behavior of SMEs to have NPWP. The test result of R-Square shows that the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have the influence of 59.1 percent towaed the intention of the perpetrators of SMES to obey while the perpetrators intention of SMES to obey has the influence of 28,8 percent towaed the of SMES to have NPWP.
