| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Prostitusi atau pelacuran merupakan penyakit masyarakat yang telah ada sejak dahulu. Dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, pada umumnya prostitusi adalah suatu perbuatan atau kegiatan yang dilarang. Di Indonesia, prostitusi menjadi salah satu kejahatan yang sangat sulit untuk diberantas karena tersebar luas di berbagai daerah yang ada di Indonesia. Kabupaten Banyumas adalah salah satu daerah yang memiliki tempat lokalisasi prostitusi yang hingga kini masih di nilai aktif meski dinyatakan illegal yaitu Gang Sadar. Selain di Baturraden, ada beberapa titik di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas yang menjadi tempat mangkal bagi para PSK. Peraturan Daerah Nomor 16 Tahun 2015 secara tegas telah menyebutkan bahwa prostitusi atau pelacuran adalah penyakit masyarakat yang harus diberantas. Selain itu, berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas dalam rangka penanggulangan praktik prostitusi yaitu upaya penal dan non-penal. Namun, hingga kini praktik prostitusi masih terjadi dan semakin sulit untuk diberantas karena adanya perkembangan teknologi yang menghasilkan prostitusi online. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tentang praktik prostitusi di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas dan upaya penanggulangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Prostitution or prostitution is a community disease that has existed since ancient times. In social life, generally prostitution is an act or activity that is prohibited. In Indonesia, prostitution becomes one of the most difficult crimes to eradicate because it is widespread in various regions in Indonesia. Banyumas Regency is one of the areas that have localization of prostitution which until now still in active even though it is illegal, the name of this localization of prostitution is Gang Sadar. Other than Baturraden, there are several points in the region of Banyumas Regency that became a place for the prostitutes. Regional Regulation of Banyumas Regency Number 16 Year 2015 on Countermeasures of Society Disease has explicitly stated that prostitution is a community disease that must be eradicated. In addition, various efforts have been made by the Government of Banyumas Regency in order to overcome the practice of prostitution namely penal and non-penal efforts. However, until now the practice of prostitution is still happening and increasingly difficult to eradicate because of the development of technology that produces online prostitution. The purpose of this study is to know about the practice of prostitution in the region of Banyumas Regency and efforts to overcome it. This research uses qualitative method with sociological juridical approach method. |
