| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui produksi susu sapi perah (liter/hari) di Kabupaten Banyumas, mengetahui rata-rata produksi susu sapi perah (liter/hari) pada ketinggian tempat yang berbeda, mengetahui IOFC peternakan rakyat sapi perah di Kabupaten Banyumas, menganalisis perbedaan IOFC sapi perah rakyat pada ketinggian tempat yang berbeda dan menganalisis hubungan antara IOFC dengan bulan laktasi dan masa laktasi di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian dengan metode survey, pengambilan sampel wilayah dilakukan secara cluster sampling di kecamatan-kecamatan yang memiliki peternakan sapi perah di Kabupaten Banyumas sebanyak 34 peternak sapi perah. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey, melakukan observasi atau pengamatan langsung ke lapangan dan wawancara berdasarkan kuisioner. Variabel yang diukur yaitu dependen (Y)= IOFC dan independen (X)= bulan laktasi dan masa laktasi. Data diolah dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dilanjutkan dengan uji t. Rata-rata masa laktasi di 4 kecamatan banyumas adalah 3,71. Rata-rata bulan laktasi di 4 kecamatan banyumas adalah 5,36. Rata-rata produksi susu di Kabupaten Banyumas adalah 13,05 liter/ekor/hari. Rata-rata IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost) di peternak rakyat Kabupaten Banyumas adalah sebesar Rp. 3.554.835/periode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada daerah sedang variabel independent berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap variabel dependent dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (P < 0,05). Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,462 yang menunjukan bahwa variabel independent secara kolektif berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan sebesar 46,2%. Variabel bulan laktasi (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap IOFC (income over feed cots) dan masa laktasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap IOFC (income over feed cots). Pada daerah rendah variabel independent berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap variabel dependent dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (P < 0,05). Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,733 yang menunjukan bahwa variabel independent secara kolektif berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan sebesar 73,3%. Variabel bulan laktasi (X1) berpengaruh terhadap IOFC (income over feed cots) dan masa laktasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap IOFC (income over feed cots). IOFC (income over feed cots) pada daerah sedang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan daerah rendah. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to understand the production of the diary cow milk (liter/day) in the District of Banyumas, the average production of the diary cow milk (liter/day) on the different level, analyze the difference of dairy cow milk’s IOFC on the different altitude, and analye the relation between the month of lactation and lactation periods in the District of Banyumas. Survey method is used in this research, sample-taking in the location done by cluster sampling in the sub-districts which own dairy cow milk farm and in the District of Banyumas there’re 34 dairy cow milk farmers. Data collection done by survey method, observation or direct observation to the location, and interview which is based on questionnaire. Measured variables were dependent (Y)= IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost) and independent (X)= month of lactation and lactation periods. Data processed by multiple regression analysis, continuing by t test. The average of lactation periods on 4 sub-districts was 3.71. The average month of lactation in 4 Banyumas sub-districts was 5.36. The average dairy cow milk production in the District of Banyumas was 13.05 liter/head/day. The average IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost) of the District of Banyumas’s dairy cow milk farmer was IDR 3,554,835.00/periode. The result of the research showed that on the medium area, independent variable have a significant impact to the dependent variable with 95% significant level (P<0.05). The result of determination coefficient analysis R2 was 0.462, which was showed that independent variable collectively effected to the income as much as 46.2%. Month of lactation variable (X1) was not effected to the IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost) but lactation periods (X2) effected to IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost). On low land, independent variable have a significant impact to the dependent variable with 95% significant level (P<0.05). The result of determination coefficient analysis R2 was 0.733 which was showed that independent variable collectively effected to the income as much as 73.3%. The month of lactation (X1) effected to the IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost) but lactation period (X2) was not effected to the IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost). IOFC (Income Over Feed Cost) on the medium area was higher than the low area. |
