| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) respons beberapa varietas padi gogo terhadap aplikasi asap cair tempurung kelapa; (2) pengaruh konsentrasi asap cair tempurung kelapa terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi gogo; (3) varietas padi gogo dan konsentrasi asap cair tempurung kelapa yang mampu menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan hasil optimum. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cendana Kecamatan Kutasari Kabupaten Purbalingga pada bulan April-September 2016. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi dengan petak utama merupakan varietas padi gogo yaitu Situ Bagendit, Inpago Unsoed I dan Situ Patenggang, serta anak petak merupakan konsentrasi asap cair tempurung kelapa (ACTK) yaitu ACTK 0, ACTK 1:100 dan ACTK 1:200. Kombinasi perlakuan yang diperoleh sebanyak sembilan unit dan diulang tiga kali sehingga ada 27 unit percobaan. Variabel yang diamati antara lain tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot kering tajuk dan akar vegetatif, jumlah anakan, jumlah malai per rumpun, jumlah gabah isi per rumpun, bobot gabah isi per rumpun, jumlah gabah hampa per rumpun, bobot gabah hampa per rumpun, bobot gabah 1000 biji, panjang malai, bobot gabah petak efektif dan bobot per hektar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan dan hasil yang terbaik ditunjukkan oleh varietas Situ Patenggang. Aplikasi asap cair tempurung kelapa (ACTK) mampu meningkatkan luas daun, bobot kering akar vegetatif, jumlah gabah isi per rumpun, bobot gabah isi per rumpun dan bobot gabah 1000 biji. Pertumbuhan dan hasil optimum ditunjukkan oleh varietas Situ Patenggang pada aplikasi ACTK konsentrasi 1:100. |

Inggris) | The objectives of this study were to know (1) the response of some varieties of upland rice of application of coconut shell liquid smoke; (2) the effect of concentration of coconut shell liquid smoke on growth and yield of upland rice; (3) upland rice varieties and concentration of coconut shell liquid smoke able to improve growth and optimum yield. This research was conducted in Cendana village of the district Kutasari, Pubalingga Regency in April-September 2016. This research was used a split plot design with the main plot of the upland rice varieties Situ Bagendit, Inpago Unsoed I and Situ Patenggang, and the sub plot of concentration of coconut shell liquid smoke (CSLS) were CSLS 0, CSLS 1:100 and CSLS 1:200 were tested. Combination of treatments were consist of nine units and repeated three times, so the total units were 27 experimental units. Variables observed were plant height, leaf number, leaf area, canopy dry and root dry weight of vegetative, tiller number, number of panicles, number of filled grain, weight of filled grain, number of empty grain, weight of empty grain, weight of 1000 seeds, panicle length, effective grain weight and grain weight per hectare. The results showed that the best growth and yield was Situ Patenggang. Application of coconut shell liquid smoke (CSLC) was increase on leaf area, dry weight of root, weight of filled grain, grain weight of 1000 seeds and number of filled grain. the optimum of growth and yield showed by variety of Situ Patenggang at a concentration 1:100 of CSLC. |
