| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Agroindustri tapioka merupakan industri yang memanfaatkan ubi kayu sebagai bahan baku, selain itu industri tapioka merupakan industri yang padat karya. Peningkatan kebutuhan pasar akan tapioka tidak di imbangi dengan ketersediaan bahan baku. Hal ini menyebabkan harga bahan baku meningkat, yang akan berpengaruh pada pendapatan bersih perajin. Perlu adanya perhitungan finansial untuk mengetahui keuntungan agroindustri tapioka. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada agroindustri tapioka kelompok Manunggal Sari bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) besarnya biaya dan pendapatan, 2) rasio penerimaan dan biaya, 3) besarnya nilai tambah agroindustri tapioka, 4) analisis pengaruh perubahan harga jual tapioka dan harga beli bahan baku terhadap pendapatan agroindustri tapioka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey. Pengambilan data pada bulan Agustus 2015 sampai September 2015, data yang digunakan periode bulan Agustus 2015. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya dan pendapatan, analisis Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C), analisis nilai tambah dan analisis sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan agroindustri tapioka Manunggal Sari di Desa Gumelar tergolong dalam industri pengolahan tradisional dan padat karya. Dari satu kilogram bahan baku ubi kayu menghasilkan rata-rata 30% tapioka kasar, 8% onggok dan 2% elot. Rata-rata biaya periode produksi bulan Agustus 2015 sebesar Rp147.764.165,61, penerimaan sebesar Rp166.879.375,00 dan pendapatan sebesar Rp19.115.209,39. Usaha agroindustri tapioka Manunggal Sari layak dikembangkan karena nilai R/C sebesar 1,13. Nilai tambah dari pengolahan satu kilogram ubi kayu sebesar Rp316,78 dengan keuntungan perajin sebesar Rp226,78. Berdasarkan penurunan harga jual tapioka sebesar 4,13% dan harga bahan baku naik 12,12%, agroindustri tapioka Manunggal Sari masih memberikan keuntungan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Tapioca agro-industry is an industry that utilize cassava as raw material, in addition to the tapioca industry is a labor-intensive industry. The increase of market demand for tapioca was not balanced by the availability of raw materials. This led to increased raw material prices, that will affect the incomes of crafters. Financial calculations was necessary to determine benefits tapioca agro-industry. Research that conducted in the tapioca agro-industry of Manunggal Sari Group aimed to determine: 1) the amount of costs and revenues, 2) the ratio of costs and revenues, 3) the amount of value added and tapioca agro-industry, 4) analysis of the effects and changes of tapioca price and the purchase price of raw materials the tapioca agro-industry revenue. This research used the survey method. Data collected from august until September 2015, the data used were august 2015 period. Data analysis used was costs and revenues analysis, revenue cost ratio (R/C) analysis, added-value analysis and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that the tapioca agro-industry of Manunggal Sari Group in Gumelar Village belonging to the traditional processing industries and labor-intensive. A kilogram of cassava produced about 30% rough tapioca, 8% cassava pilel and 2% elot. The average of production cost in august 2015 period were about Rp 147,764,165.61, the reception were about Rp 166,879,375.00 and Rp 19,115,209.39 of revenue. Tapioca agro-industry of Manunggal Sari should be developed because the R/C value was 1.13. The added value of 1 kilogram cassava processing was Rp 316.78 with about Rp 226.78 of profit gained crafters. According to the scenario of the decreasing in selling price of tapioca by 4.13% and the increasing of raw material price by 12.12%, tapioca agro-industry of Manunggal Sari still gives profits. |
