| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) konsentrasi serum darah sapi yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan tanaman caisim, 2) konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Nasa yang tepat untuk petumbuhan tanaman caisim, 3) kombinasi yang tepat antara konsentrasi serum darah sapi dan pupuk organik cair Nasa untuk pertumbuhan tanaman caisim. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Kelurahan Karangwangkal, Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara, Kabupaten Banyumas dengan ketinggian tempat ± 110 meter (dpl), dari bulan September sampai November 2016. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental menggunakan RAKL (Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap) dengan 12 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu konsentrasi serum darah sapi (SDS) dan konsentrasi POC natural nusantara (NASA). Konsentrasi serum darah sapi terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu S0: 0 cc/l, S1: 50 cc/l, S2: 100 cc/l, dan S3: 150 cc/l, sedangkan konsentrasi POC Nasa terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu N0: 0 cc/l, N1: 4 cc/l, dan N2: 8 cc/l. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji F dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing perlakuan yang dicoba pada variabel yang diamati. Apabila terdapat keragaman nyata maka dilakukan uji lanjut DMRT dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi serum darah sapi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap semua variabel pertumbuhan, kecuali luas daun dan volume akar. Sedangkan konsentrasi POC Nasa tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel yang diamati. Tidak diperoleh interaksi antara serum darah sapi dengan POC Nasa, namun pada kombinasi antar perlakuan mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman caisim. Kombinasi serum darah sapi 150 cc/l dan POC Nasa 4 cc/l cenderung memberikan nilai terbaik dibanding kontrol. |

Inggris) | The research aims to know : 1) the proper concentration of cows blood serum for the growth of mustard greens, 2 ) the proper of Nasa liquid organic fertilizer for the growth of mustard greens, and 3) the proper combination between the concentration of cows blood serum and Nasa liquid organic fertilizer for the growth of mustard greens. The location of this research which was conducted for about three months from september to november 2016 was in the screen house of Agricultural Faculty of Jenderal Soedirman University in Karangwangkal, north Purwokerto, Banyumas with ± 110 meter (dpl) height. The experimental method using RKAL (Random Complete Group Draft) was applied in this research with 12 treatment and 3 remedies. There where 2 factors on the treatment, they are the consentration of cows blood serum and Nasa liquid organic fertilizer. The concentration of cows blood serum and Nasa itself consisted of 4 levels namely S0: 0 cc/l, S1: 50 cc/l, S:100 cc/l, and S3:150 cc/l. Mean while Nasa liquid organic fertilizer consentration involved 3 levels which were N0: 0 cc/l, N1: 4 cc/l, and N2: 8 cc/l. The data analyzed by F test with 95% levels of reliability to understand the impact of each treatment given to the observed variabels. If there was real diversity, the next test would be conducted using DMRT with 95% levels of reliability. The result shows thats the conception cows blood serum gave significant effects towords all growth variabels. Except the leaves with and the roots volume. In contrast, there were no significant effects from the use of Nasa liquid organic fertilizer serum towards all observed variabels. While interaction between cows blood serum and Nasa liquid organic fertilizer didn’t exist, each treatment combinations was able to improv the growth of mustard green finally. The combination of 150 cc/l cows blood serum and 4 cc/l POC Nasa tend to give better result than control. |
