| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Saat ini banyak sekali pengendara yang lebih memilih menggunakan mobil sebagai kendaraan sehari-hari. Garage 23 ini adalah jenis bengkel customize brand livina dimana pelanggan tidak perlu datang ke bengkel garage 23, pelanggan hanya perlu memberikan lokasi tempat mobil yang bermasalah, dan ini merupakan salah satu kemudahan bagi pelanggan yang merupakan keunggulan bagi bengkel mobil garage 23. namun permasalahannya adalah mereka belum memiliki sistem informasi yang menangani layanan service bagi pelanggan. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian akan dibuat sebuah sistem, yaitu sistem informasi yang akan memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan yang ingin servis mobil di bengkel garage 23 ini. Sistem informasi ini dibangun menggunakan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, javascript, HTML, dan CSS. Sistem informasi ini juga menerapkan konsep client-server, dimana data pelanggan terdapat pada suatu web server yang memiliki basis data mySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sebuah sistem yang berbasis web yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan jika membutuhkan bantuan untuk service mobil. Dan juga ada fitur sms gateway untuk pemberitahuan tanggal pemesanan dan tanggal selesai servis kepada pelanggan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Today, many riders who prefer to use the car as an daily vehicle.With increasing number of driver, the opportunity to set up a car repair shop are also getting bigger. Garage 23 is the kind of car repair shop where customers don’t need to come, because customers only need to give their location where the car is problematic, and this is one of benefit for customers which it become an advantage for garage 23. But the problem is they do not have the information systems can handle customer service for their customer.Therefore, the study will be made of a system, the information system that will provide convenience for customers who want to service their car in garage 23.This system is built using the programming language like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. This system is also applies the concept of client-server, where the data is customer service can access in web server which have database.The results of this study are in the form of a web-based system that can provide convenience for customers if they needed help to service their car and there is also gateway feature for notification about order date and end date service to the customers. |
