| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMBINASI EKSTRAK ETANOL Andrographis paniculata, Tinospora crispa, Cinnamomum burmanii, Phyllanthus niruri TERHADAP HISTOPATOLOGI HEPAR TIKUS PADA PAPARAN GLUKOSA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tanaman brotowali (Tinospora crispa), sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata), meniran (Phyllanthus niruri.) dan kayu manis (Cinnamomum burmanii) telah diteliti untuk mengatasi kondisi hiperglikemi, namun keamanan penggunaan kombinasi keempat tanaman ini belum diketahui. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kombinasi ekstrak brotowali, kayumanis, meniran dan sambiloto terhadap gambaran histopatologi hepar pada tikus wistar yang mengalami hiperglikemia akut. Tikus Wistar sebanyak 20 ekor dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok, yaitu kelompok kelompok kontrol sehat, kelompok kontrol hiperglikemi, kelompok perlakuan pemberian kombinasi ekstrak brotowali, kayumanis, meniran dan sambiloto dosis rendah (100 mg/kgBB, 300 mg/kgBB, 200 mg/kgBB dan 100 mg/kgBB) dan kelompok perlakuan pemberian kombinasi ekstrak brotowali, kayumanis, meniran dan sambiloto dosis tinggi (500 mg/kgBB, 600 mg/kgBB, 400 mg/kg BB dan 400 mg/kg BB). Pemberian kombinasi ekstrak dosis tunggal dilakukan secara per oral menggunakan sonde, 30 menit setelah induksi glukosa dosis 2 g/kgBB. Gambaran histopatologi yang diamati berupa inflamasi portal, piecemeal necrosis dan nekrosis fokal. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA dan uji Kruskal-Wallis dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kombinasi ekstrak tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap perubahan histopatologi hepar tikus hiperglikemi berupa inflamasi portal, piecemeal necrosis dan nekrosis fokal dengan p value berturut-turut sebesar 0,340; 0,158 dan 0,210. |

Inggris) | Brotowali (Tinospora crispa), sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata), meniran (Phyllanthus niruri.) and kayumanis (Cinnamomum burmanii) has been investigated to overcome a hyperglycemic condition, but the safety of using a combination of all four of these plants is unknown. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the combination of brotowali, kayumanis, meniran and sambiloto extract toward overview liver histopathology in Wistar rats experiencing acute hyperglycemia. Wistar rats of 20 were divided into 4 groups, namely the group of healthy controls, the control group hyperglycemia, the treatment group giving a combination of extracts brotowali, kayumanis, meniran and sambiloto low dose (100 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg) and the treatment group giving a combination of extract brotowali, kayumanis, meniran and sambiloto high dose (500 mg/kg, 600 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg). Giving a single dose of the combination of extracts made orally using a sonde, 30 minutes after induction of glucose dose of 2 gr/kg. Histopathological changes were observed in the form of portal inflammation, piecemeal necrosis, and focal necrosis. The data were analyzed using ANOVA test and Kruskal-Wallis test with a level of 95%. The results showed that the combination of the extract did not give a real impact on hyperglycemic mice liver histopathological changes in the form of portal inflammation, piecemeal necrosis and focal necrosis with consecutive p value 0.340; 0.158 and 0.210. |
