| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMBINASI DAUN ALPUKAT (Percea americana mill.) DAN DAUN KELOR (Moringa oleifera lam) TERHADAP KADAR LDL PADA TIKUS MODEL HIPERLIPIDEMIA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Hiperlipidemia adalah tingginya kadar lipid (kolesterol, trigliserid ataupun keduanya) pada darah. Pada pasien hiperlipidemia, kadar LDL yang ikut beredar dalam darah sangat tinggi karena adanya gangguan metabolisme lipoprotein yang meliputi peningkatan kadar LDL. Tingginya kadar LDL dalam darah yang menyebabkan aterosklerosis berperan penting pada beberapa gangguan vaskular seperti penyakit jantung dan stroke. Daun alpukat dan daun kelor dalam pengobatan tradisional telah dikenal memiliki efek antihiperlipidemia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode true experiment pre and post test with control group design. Hewan coba dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol A induksi High Fat Diet (HFD) tanpa pemberian intervensi (hanya diberi aquades), B induksi HFD dengan seduhan daun alpukat dosis 36 mg/KgBB, kelompok C induksi HFD dengan seduhan kombinasi daun alpukat dan daun kelor dosis 90 mg/KgBB, D induksi HFD dengan seduhan kombinasi daun alpukat dan daun kelor dosis 45 mg/KgBB, E induksi HFD dengan seduhan daun kelor dosis 54mg/KgBB dan F induksi HFD dengan simvastatin 0,18 mg/KgBB. HFD diberikan sebanyak 120 gr/ kelompok/ hari selama 14 hari dan seduhan diberikan selama 7 hari. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji oneway ANOVA dan Duncan. Hasil uji oneway ANOVA terdapat perbedaan antar kelompok (p < 0,05). Analisis Duncan ada perbedaan pada kelompok A dengan kelompok C, D, E, dan F . Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kelompok B, C, D, E, dan F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian seduhan kombinasi daun alpukat dan daun kelor dosis 90 mg/kgBB merupakan dosis optimal yang mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar LDL tikus putih model hiperlipidemia |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Hyperlipidemia is high level of lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides or both) in the blood. In hyperlipidemic patients, LDL cholesterol circulating in the blood that is involved is very high because of their disorder lipoprotein metabolism, which includes increased levels of LDL. High levels of LDL in the blood that lead to atherosclerosis an important role in some vascular disorders such as heart disease and stroke. Leaves of avocado and moringa in traditional medicine has been known to have effects antihiperlipidemia. This research design was true experiment using pre and post test with control group design. Rats were divided into 6 groups: A control group was given High Fat Diet (HFD) without administration intervention (only given distilled water), group B was given HFD and leaves of avocado dose of 36 mg/KgBB, group C was given HFD and combination leaves of avocado and moringa dose of 90 mg / kgBB (dose ratio of 1: 1), D group was given HFD and combination of avocado leaves and leaves of Moringa dose of 45 mg / KgBB (dose ratio of 0.5: 0.5) , group E was given HFD and leaves of Moringa dose of 54 mg / KgBB and group F was given HFD and simvastatin 0.18 mg / KgBW. HFD was given 120 g /group/ day for 14 days. The result of LDL pretest and LDL posttest levels were analyzed by oneway ANOVA and than analysed by Duncan. Analysis of oneway ANOVA showed the difference in serum LDL levels had a significant difference among all groups (p < 0,05). Analysis of Duncan showed the difference in serum LDL levels had a significant difference among groups C, D, E, F to group A. Not significant difference between group B ,C, D, E, and F. The results showed that combination of avocado leaves and Moringa leaves with dose of 90 mg/kgBB is optimal dose that influenes on decreasing LDL serum levels of white mouse model of hyperlipidemia. |
