| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAKSI Musik adalah politik, setidaknya lirik-lirik yang ada pada sebuah lagu mencerminkan ide-ide dan gagasan politik kita. Sebagai genre musik yang paling banyak penggemarnya di dunia, genre ini hamper bisa diterima oleh semua kalangan, tidak terkecuali Indonesia, khususnya Purwokerto. Musik metal digunakan sebagai media kampanye isu kemanusiaan oleh Grup band Soulsave. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Diamana penelitian ini menghasilkan proses framing yang dilakukan oleh grup band Soulsaver, untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang mendukung gerakan kampanye kemanusiaan grup band Soulsaver, juga faktor apa yang menghambat gerakan grup band Soulsaver, serta metode apa yang digunakan Soulsaver selain menggunakan medium music metal. Soulsaver berdiri sejak tahun 2003, dengan semangat kebebasan paska runtuhnya rezim orde baru, Soulsaver turut mengambil bagian dalam mengekspresikan ide dan gagasannya melalui music metal. Namun music metal memiliki masalah dalam komunikasi politik, sehingga Soulsaver memiliki alternatif metode gerakan lain seperti penggunaan ruang public sebagai kampanye ( aksi masa, pemutaran film dan diskusi isu kemanusiaan), dan ikut menginisiasi terbentuknya komunitas Heartcorner kolektiv diamana komunitas heartcorner menjadi wadah terbentuknya wacana-wacana baru diantara seniman-seniman yang ada di Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | SUMMARY The music is political, at least the lyrics contained in the song reflects the ideas and the ideas of our politics. As a genre of music that most fans in the world, the genre is almost to be accepted by all parties, including Indonesia, especially Purwokerto. Metal music is used as a media campaign by a group of humanitarian issues Soulsave band. This study uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach. this research produces framing process performed by the band Soulsaver, to know what factors support the movement of humanitarian campaign Soulsaver band, as well as factors that hinder the movement of what the band Soulsaver, as well as the method to use Soulsaver other than through the medium of music metal. Soulsaver stood since 2003, with the spirit of freedom after the collapse of the New Order regime, Soulsaver took part in expressing his ideas through metal music. But music metal has the issue in political communication, so Soulsaver have an alternative method other movements such as the use of public space as a campaign (action period, film screenings and discussion of humanitarian issues), and helped initiate the formation of community Heartcorner kolektiv community heartcorner into containers formation of discourses new among the artists in Purwokerto. |
