| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan, motivasi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja karyawan AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto. Dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, penelitian ini menggunakan 50 responden. Data itu menganalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto, pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto, Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto, dan pengawasan memiliki efek positif pada kinerja karyawan AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of work discipline, education and training, motivation and supervision on the performance of the employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto. The population in this research is employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto. By using saturated sampling, this research used 50 respondens. The data was analyze by using multiple regression analysis. Result of hypothesis testing is work discipline has positive effect on performance of the employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto, education and training has positive effect on performance of the employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto, Motivation has positive effect on performance of the employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto, and supervision has positive effect on performance of the employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912 KPR 2 Purwokerto. |
