Indonesia) | Penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility di PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop V Purwokerto Berdasarkan Pasal 74 Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas. Oleh Nawang Galih Candrika E1A013177 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) atau yang juga dikenal dengan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) merupakan salah satu kewajiban perusahaan dalam implementasi tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop V Purwokerto sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berupa peraturan perundang-undangan dan teori hukum, serta data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan Manager Keuangan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop V Purwokerto. PT KAI (Persero) Daop V Purwokerto telah menerapkan Corporate Sosial Responsibilty sesuai ketentuan yang tertuang dalam Pasal 74 Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas, Pasal 88 Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor Per-09/MBU/07/2015 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan sebagai peraturan pelaksanaannya dengan dana yang bersumber dari penyisihan laba setelah pajak maksimal 2% (dua persen) melalui Program Kemitraan (PK), Program Bina Lingkungan (BL) dan Program Community Relation (CR). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Implementation Corporate Social Responsibility in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop V Purwokerto under the Article 74 of Law No. 40 of 2007 regarding the Limited (Ltd.) By Nawang Galih Candrika Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which is known as “Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL)” is one of the obligations of company in the application of Good Corporate Governance. This research is aimed to determine the application of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop V Purwokerto according to the legislation in Indonesia. This research used legal research with the approach of legislation. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of legislation and legal theory, as well as primary data obtained from interviews with the Finance Manager of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop V Purwokerto. PT KAI (Persero) Daop V Purwokerto has applied a Corporate Social Responsibility according to the provisions in the Article 74 of Law No. 40 of 2007 regarding the Limited (Ltd.), Article 88 of Law No. 19 of 2003 regarding the state-owned companies (BUMN) and and Minister of State Agency State Owned Enterprises No. Per-09 / MBU / 07/2015 on Partnership Program State Owned Enterprises with Small Business and Community Development Program as its implementing regulation with funds from the preliminary profit after tax of a maximum of 2% (two percent) through the Partnership Program ( PK), the Community Development Program (BL) and Program Community Relations (CR). |
