| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Di Indonesia tindak pidana korupsi meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Hal ini membawa dampak buruk terhadap perekonomian nasional. Orang-orang yang menduduki jabatan strategis pada instansi negara pemerintahan berlomba-lomba melakukan tindak pidana korupsi. Lembaga Kejaksaan merupakan salah satu aparat penegak hukum yang diberikan kewenangan dalam hal pemberantasan korupsi. Hal ini sejalan dengan Pasal 30 Ayat 1 Huruf d Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2004 tentang Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut menimbulkan pertanyaan bagaimana pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi di Kejaksaan Negeri Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis yaitu penelitian melalui kepustakaan maupun penelitian lapangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya apa yang dilakukan Kejaksaan Negeri Banjarnegara untuk mencegah tindak pidana korupsi serta mengkaji hambatan dalam pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi. Tindakan Kejaksaan Negeri Banjarnegara dalam pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi selain upaya represif dan preventif adalah upaya dalam bentuk pre-emtif atau edukatif. Salah satu program pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi dari Kejaksaan Negeri Banjarnegara adalah TP4D. TP4D ini adalah salah satu bentuk peran serta kejaksaan dalam proses pelaksanaan pembangunan, masing-masing instansi itu mempunyai peran serta karena di tuntut oleh pemerintah pusat dan juga oleh presiden bahwa semua sektor harus ikut mendukung proses pembangunan, sehingga TP4D inilah yang dijadikan oleh kejaksaan sebagai program untuk melancarkan dan membantu proses pembangunan. tugas TP4D sebenarnya bukan hanya mencegah terjadinya tindak pidana korupsi, tetapi juga mengamankan dan mengawal proses pembangunan, karena ada tingkat kerawanan untuk terjadinya tindak pidana korupsi dalam proses pembangunan. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Corruption in Indonesia increased from year to year. This is an adverse impact on the national economy. People who occupy strategic positions in state government agencies vying committing corruption. Attorney institution is one of law enforcement officers were given the authority in terms of combating corruption. This is in line with Article 30 Paragraph 1 Item d of Law Number 16 of 2004 on the Prosecutor of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on this begs the question of how to prevent corruption in Banjarnegara District Attorney. This research was conducted by the sociological juridical approach namely through library research and field research. The purpose of this study to know what efforts the State Attorney Banjarnegara to prevent corruption as well as identifying the barriers in the prevention of corruption. Banjarnegara District Attorney action in the prevention of corruption in addition to the repressive and preventive efforts is an attempt in the form of pre-emptive or educative. One of the programs to prevent corruption from Banjarnegara District Attorney is TP4D. TP4D This is one form of participation of the prosecutor in the implementation process of development, each agency that has a role as well as prosecuted by the central government and also by the president that all sectors should help support the development process, so TP4D this is made by the prosecutor as a program to launch and assist the development process. TP4D task is not only to prevent corruption, but also to secure and oversee the development process, because there is a level of vulnerability to acts of corruption in the development process.
