| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara bobot lahir dengan produksi susu laktasi pertama dan kedua. Penelitian dilakukan di BBPTU-HPT Baturraden. Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah 100 ekor sapi perah betina, variabel yang diamati adalah bobot lahir (X), produksi susu laktasi pertama (Y1) dan produksi susu laktasi kedua (Y2). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rataan bobot lahir sapi 38,34 ± 5,04 kg, rataan produksi susu laktasi pertama 3430,00 ± 399,22 kg dan rataan produksi susu laktasi kedua 3548,82 ± 388,30 kg. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan bobot lahir terhadap produksi susu laktasi pertama dengan koefisien determinasi 4,9% dan persamaan regresi Y1 = 2759,456 + 17,495 X, serta terdapat pengaruh signifikan bobot lahir terhadap produksi susu laktasi kedua dengan koefisien determinasi 4,6% dan persamaan regresi Y2 = 2997,441 + 14,381 X. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bobot lahir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi susu laktasi pertama dan kedua, semakin tinggi bobot lahir semakin banyak produksi susu laktasi pertama dan kedua pada sapi perah Friesian Holstein di BBPTU-HPT Baturraden. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aims to find out the correlation between the birth weight with the milk production of first and second lactation. This research at BBPTU-HPT Baturraden. Research material uses 100 female dairy cow, variables that have been observed was birth weight (X), milk production of first lactation (Y1) and milk production of second lactation (Y2). Method analysis in this research uses descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The result of research shows the average of birth weight of dairy cow is 38.34 ± 5.04 kg, average of the milk production of first lactation 3430.00 ±399.22 kg and the average of milk production of second lactation 3548.82 ± 388.30 kg. There are significant effect for the birth weight to the milk production of first lactation with the determination coefficient 4.9% and regression similarity Y1 = 2759.456 + 17.495 X, and there is significant effect of birth weight to the milk production of second lactation wit h the determination coefficient 4.6% and regression similarity Y2 = 2997.441 + 14.381 X. The result of research can be concluded that birth weight give the significant effect to the milk production of first and second lactation, where the higher of birth weight will be more milk production of first and second lactation of the dairy cow of Friesian Holstein at BBPTU-HPT Baturraden |
