| Judul Artikel | The Influence of fun at workplace, employee morale and creativity on employee performance (Study at several convection factories in Purwokerto) |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari Kesenangan di Tempat Kerja, Moral Karyawan dan Kreativitas Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.Penelitian ini berlangsung di beberapa konveksi di Purwokerto (Dablongan, Ngapak, dan Puri Saraswati Creative).Sample dari penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan, yang terdiri atas 6 dari Dablongan, 8 dari Ngapak, dan 21 dari Puri Saraswati Creative.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling atau secara keseluruhan dari ketiga konveksi tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kesenangan di Tempat Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Moral Karyawan, Kreativitas Karyawan dan Kinerja Karyawan, Moral Karyawan juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan dan Kinerja Karyawan, dan Kreativitas Karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk menunjang kinerja para pekerja, konveksi di Purwokerto harus memprioritaskan beberapa kebijakan-kebijakan terkait dengan Kesenangan di Tempat Kerja, Moral Karyawan dan Kreativitas Karyawan. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Fun at Workplace, Employee Morale, and Employee Creativity to Employee Performance. This study takes place on Several Convection in Purwokerto (Dablongan, Ngapak, and Puri Saraswati Creative). The sample of this study is 35 employees, consists of 6 from Dablongan, 8 from Ngapak, and 21 from Puri Saraswati Creative. The sampling method is using Total Sampling Method from three convections. The result of this study showed that Fun at Workplace has positive influences on Employee Morale, Employee Creativity and Employee Performance, Employee Morale has positive influences on Employee Creativity and Employee Performance, and Employee Creativity has a positive influence on Employee Performance. The implication is to improve the workers’ performance, Convection in Purwokerto need to prioritize policies related to Fun at Workplace, Employee Morale, Employee Creativity.
