| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah telur cacing Fasciola hepatica dan Oesophagostomum sp yang terdapat pada sapi Jawa Brebes (Jabres) betina dewasa dan mengetahui tingkat infeksi parasit (prevalensi) cacing Fasciola hepatica dan Oesophagostomum sp yang terdapat pada sapi Jawa Brebes (Jabres) betina dewasa pada tiga Kecamatan di Kabupaten Brebes. Materi penelitian yang di gunakan adalah feses sapi Jabres betina dewasa pada sembilan Kelompok di Kabupaten Brebes, plastik, label, termos es, mikroskop, objek glass, cover glass, tabung reaksi, pipet, martil, sentrifuse, kamar hitung Mc Master, kuisioner dan alat tulis. Metode penetapan sampel yang digunakan yaitu convenience sampling. Pemeriksaan telur cacing dalam feses menggunakan Metode Centrifuge dan Metode Mc Master. Persentase prevalensi infeksi telur cacing Fasciola hepatica dan Oesophagostomum sp pada Tiga Kecamatan di analisis menggunakan metode Chi-square. Jumlah telur cacing Fasciola hepatica pada Kecamatan Larangan 12 dengan tingkat prevalensi 41,67%, pada Kecamatan Bantarkawung jumlah telur cacing 2 dengan tingkat prevalensi 16,67%, pada Kecamatan Ketanggungan jumlah telur cacing 18 dengan tingkat prevalensi 50%. Jumlah telur cacing Oesophagostomum sp pada Kecamatan Larangan 42 dengan tingkat prevalensi 58,33%, pada Kecamatan Bantarkawung jumlah telur cacing 20 dengan tingkat prevalensi 33,33%, pada Kecamatan Ketanggungan jumlah telur cacing 30 dengan tingkat prevalensi 58,33%. Hasil analisis Chi-square Fasciola hepatica dan Oesophagostomum sp berbeda sangat nyata karena (P>0,01). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat perbedaan prevalensi jenis telur cacing Fasciola hepatica dan Oesophagostomum sp di Kecamatan Bantarkawung, Ketanggungan dan Larangan, Kabupaten Brebes. |

Inggris) | The Research was aimed to determine the number of Fasciola hepatica and Oesophagostomum sp worm’s eggs on Jawa Brebes (Jabres) heifer and determine the level of parasite infection (prevalence) Fasciola hepatica and Oesophagostomum sp worm on Jawa Brebes (Jabres) heifer at three districts in Brebes. The research material ware used Jabres heifer feses in the nine groups in Brebes, plastics, labels, ice bucket, microscopes, objects of glass, cover glass, reaction tube, pipette, a hammer, a centrifuge, a count count Mc Master, questionnaires and tools write. The sampling method was used convenience sampling. Examination of worm eggs in feces used Centrifuge Method and Method Mc Master. Prevalence persentase of parasite infection Fasciola hepatica and Oesophagostomum sp wrom egg on three district analyzed used Chi-square methode. Fasciola hepatica worm egg counted on District Larangan 12 with a prevalence rate of 41.67%, in the District Bantarkawung worm egg counted 2 with a prevalence rate of 16.67%, in the District Ketanggungan worm egg counted 18 with a prevalence rate of 50%. Oesophagostomum sp worm egg counted on District Larangan 42 with a prevalence rate of 58,33%, in the District Bantarkawung worm egg counted 20 with a prevalence rate of 33,33%, in the District Ketanggungan worm egg counted 30% with a prevalence rate of 58,33% The results of Chi-square test are Fasciola hepatica and Oesophagostomum sp highly significant effect because (P> 0.01). The conclusion of this research that there are differences in prevalence of worm eggs of Fasciola hepatica and Oesophagostomum sp in Bantarkawung, Ketanggungan and Larangan, District Brebes. |
