| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pelaksanaan otonomi daerah menjadikan setiap daerah harus bisa mengatur daerahnya sendiri. Pembangunan daerah salah satunya dapat dilakukan dengan peningkatan pelayanan publik maka dari itu perlu adanya pembiayaan seperti belanja modal dalam peningkatan sarana dan prasarana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, retribusi daerah dan produk domestik regional bruto (variabel independen) terhadap pengalokasian anggaran belanja modal (variabel dependen) di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Data yang digunakan adalah gabungan dari data cross section yang terdiri dari 35 Kabupaten dan Kota di Jawa Tengah dan data time series yang terdiri dari 5 tahun penelitian dari tahun 2010-2014. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi data panel dengan pendekatan common effect model, fixed effect model dan random effect model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap belanja modal. Secara parsial variabel dana alokasi umum dan dana alokasi khusus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja modal. Retribusi daerah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap belanja modal. Produk domestik regional bruto berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja modal. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Implemetation of regional autonomy makes each region should be able to manage their own regions. Region autonomy one of which can be done with improving public services and therefore need financial as capital expenditure in the improvement of facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of general allocation fund, special allocation fund, levies and region gross domestic product on capital expenditure budget allocation in central java province. The data used of combination from cross section data is 35 districts and cities in central java and time series date from 2010 to 2014. The method used is pooled data regression model with approach common effect model, fixed effect model and random effect model. The result of this research showed that tes simultan all independent variables impact on the capital expenditure. The test in partial showed general allocation fund and special allocation fund are positive effect and significant impact on capital expenditure. Levies effected significant impact on capital expenditures. Region gross domestic product effected significant impact on capital expenditures. |
