| Judul Artikel | Uji Efektivitas Bio P60 Dan Bio T1O Serta Fungisida Kimia Terhadap Penyakit Hawar Daun Bakteri Padi Ciherang |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keefektifan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 serta fungisida kimia terhadap penyakit hawar daun bakteri pada tanaman padi, dan pengaruh Bio P60 dan Bio T10 serta fungisida kimia terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi tanaman padi Ciherang. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Unsoed dan lahan swah di Desa Cangkingan Blok Karanganyar, Kecamatan Kedokan Bunder, Kabupaten Indramayu, pada bulan Januari sampai Jumi 2016. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dan perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol, penyemprotan Bio P60, penyemprotan Bio T10, Bio P60 5 kali dan fungisida tebuconazole dan trifloxysrobin, Bio T10 5 kali dan fungisida tebuconazole dan trifloxysrobin, Bio P60 2 kali dan fungisida tebuconazole dan trifloxysrobin, Bio T10 2 kali dan fungisida tebuconazole dan trifloxysrobin, fungisida tebuconazole dan trifloxysrobin, fungisida tebuconazole, fungisida propineb, dan fungisida azoxistrobin dan difenoconazole. Perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Variabel yang diamati yaitu masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, laju infeksi, tinggi tanaan, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, waktu berbunga pertama, bobot gabah basah dan senyawa fenol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 mampu menekan masa inkubasi sebesar 16,84%, Bio P60 dan Bio T10 mampu menekan intensitas penyakit sebesar 75,90%. Penyemprotan Bio T10 secara tunggal mampu meningkatkan jumlah anakan sebesar 8,22% dan meningkatkan bobot basah gabah sebesar 12,64%. Penyemprotan Bio P60 atau Bio T10 yang digabungkan dengan fungisida kimia tidak lebih baik daripada penyemprotan Bio P60 dan Bio T10 secara tunggal. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to study the ability of Bio P60, Bio T10, and chemical fungicides against rice bacterial leaf blight disease, and the effect of Bio P60, Bio T10, and chemical fungicides on the growth and yield of Ciherang rice. The research has been conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University and rice field at Cangkingan village, Karanganyar Block, Kedokan Bunder Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency West Java from January to June 2016. Randomized block was used with the treatments consisted of V1= control, V2= Bio P60, V3= Bio T10, V4= Bio P60 5 times and fungicidal active of tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin, V5= Bio T10 5 times and fungicidal active of tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin, V6= Bio P60 2 times and fungicidal active of tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin, V7= Bio T10 2 times and fungicidal active of tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin, V8= fungicidal active of tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin, V9= fungicidal active of tebuconazole, V10= fungicidal active of propineb, V11= fungicidal active of azoxistrobin and difenoconazole. The treatment was repeated 3 times. Variables observed were incubation period, intensity of the disease, infection rate, plant height, number of tillers, number of productive tiller, the first flowering time, wet grain weight, and phenolic compounds. The results showed that the treatment of Bio P60 and Bio T10 were able to suppress the incubation period yet by 16,84%. Bio P60 and Bio T10 was able to suppress the disease intensity by 75,90% respectively. Treatment of Bio T10 alone was able to increase the number of tillers by 8,22% respectively and to increase the weight of wet grain by 12,64%. Treatment of Bio P60 or Bio T10 in combination chemical fungicide were no better than treatment of Bio P60 and Bio T10 alone. |
