| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | RINGKASAN Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat Penerimaan terhadap aplikasi untuk pemesanan tiket secara online oleh pengguna KAI Access. Penelitian ini menggunakan Liu, et.al Model The Unified Theory of Acceptance And Use Technology (UTAUT). Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 97 responden pengguna applikasi smartphone Hasil dari study ini menunjukan bahwa Harapan Kinerja, Harapan Usaha, Pengaruh Sosial, and Kondisi Fasilitatisi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Niat Perilaku untuk Menggunakan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk evaluasi pengembang aplikasi PT. KAI (Persero) untuk meningkatkan kinerja applikasi dan membutuhkan kajian ulang mengenai aturan yang tepat berkaitan untuk Harapan Kinerja, Harapan Usaha, Pengaruh Sosial, dan Kondisi Fasilitasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyzing the User Acceptance of KAI Access. This study used Liu, et.al Model from The Unified Theory of Acceptance And Use Technology. The sample of this study is 97 respondents of user mobile application PT. KAI (Persero) in Purwokerto. The sampling method used Convinience Sampling Method, which spread to any user in Public Area. The result of this study showed that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitation Condition have a positive effect to behavioral Intention to Use. The implication of this study is an evaluation to the developer mobile application of PT. KAI (Persero) for increasing performance of the application and needs to reviewing appropriate policies, regarding to performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitation condition. |
