| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Stres akibat sleep deprivation menyebabkan stres oksidatif, mengaktivasi aksis HPA, dan menurunkan antioksidan yang dapat mengurangi jumlah sel Sertoli. Sleep recovery menurunkan produksi radikal bebas dan meningkatkan antioksidan sehingga dapat memperbaiki jumlah sel Sertoli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan jumlah sel Sertoli tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan pasca induksi berbagai model stres sleep deprivation. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan desain posttest only with control group. Tiga puluh ekor tikus putih dibagi secara acak menjadi 5 kelompok yaitu K I (kontrol sehat), K II (PSD selama 96 jam), K III (TSD selama 96 jam), K IV (PSD selama 96 jam dilanjutkan sleep recovery), dan K V (TSD selama 96 jam dilanjutkan sleep recovery). Rerata jumlah sel Sertoli tertinggi terdapat pada K I (40,02 ± 2,04), diikuti K IV (38,38 ± 1,43), K V (38,10 ± 1,63), K II (34,73 ± 1,63), dan terendah K III (29,78 ± 1,87). Uji One Way ANOVA menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p<0,05) kemudian uji Post-Hoc Tukey menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rerata yang signifikan (p<0,05) pada kelompok I-II, I-III, II-III, II-IV, II-V, III-IV, dan III-V. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan rerata jumlah sel Sertoli tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan pasca induksi berbagai model stres sleep deprivation. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Stress caused by sleep deprivation is able to produce oxidative stress, activate HPA axis, and decrease antioxidants that can reduce the number of Sertoli cells. Sleep recovery can reduce free radicals production and increase antioxidants thus can repair the number of Sertoli cells. The aim of study was to know the difference of Sertoli cells number in male albino rats (Rattus norvegicus) after the induction in various stress model of sleep deprivation. This research was an experimental research with posttest only and control group design. Thirty male albino rats were distributed into 5 groups, K I (health control), K II (PSD in 96 hours), K III (TSD in 96 hours), K IV (PSD in 96 hours and sleep recovery), dan K V (TSD in 96 hours and sleep recovery). Number of Sertoli cells in K I had the highest rates (40,02 ± 2,04), followed by K IV (38,38 ± 1,43), K V (38,10 ± 1,63), K II (34,73 ± 1,63), and the lowest is K III (29,78 ± 1,87). One Way ANOVA showed significant differences (p<0,05) and Post-Hoc Tukey showed significant differences (p<0,05) in group I-II, I-III, II-III, II-IV, II-V, III-IV, and III-V. There was significant difference of Sertoli cells number in male albino rats (Rattus norvegicus) after the induction in various stress model of sleep deprivation. |
