| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan relasi,kompetensi,danpengalaman auditorterhadapkualitas hasil audit.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah auditoryang terdaftarInspektorat BPKP per Oktober 2016. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t, ditemukan bahwa: (1)HubunganRelasi memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Kualitas Hasil Audit, (2)Kompetensi tidak memilikipengaruh terhadapKualitas Hasil Audit,(3)Pengalaman tidakmemiliki pengaruhterhadap Kualitas Hasil Audit. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa implikasi, antara lain: (1)Pola penugasan auditor,dimana perlu dilakukan rotasi sehigga seorang auditor tidak terlibat terlalu lama dan dekatdengan klientertentu, (2) Audit sebaiknya dilakukan oleh auditor yang sudah berpengalamandan dipandang mempunyai pengetahuan yang memadai. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aimed to examine relationships, competence and experience of the auditor on the quality of the audit results. The population in this research areregisteredBPKP’sInspectorateauditor during the period 2016. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using t-test, found that: (1) RelationshipsRelationships have a negative influence on the quality of audit results, (2) Competence doesnot have an influence on the quality of audit results, (3) Experience had no influence on theAudit Quality. This study has several implications, among others: (1) The pattern assignment auditor,where necessary rotation sehigga an auditor is not involved for too long and is close to aparticular client, (2) The audit should be conducted by an auditor who is experienced and isdeemed to have sufficient knowledge. |
