Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Latar Belakang: Ketahanan otot merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam sepakbola. Ketahanan otot dapat ditingkatkan dengan program latihan fisik. Program FIFA Eleven Plus (11+) merupakan program pemanasan sepakbola yang diduga efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan daya tahan otot.
Tujuan: Mengetahui perbedaan ketahanan otot sebelum dan sesudah intervensi Program FIFA Eleven Plus selama 6 minggu pada Siswa Sepakbola MARS MUDA Purwokerto.
Metode: Penelitian quasi eksperimental tanpa kontrol dengan pre and post test design. Subjek penelitian adalah 28 laki-laki dengan usia 14-18 tahun yang dipilih melalui total sampling. Ketahanan otot sebelum dan sesudah intervensi diukur menggunakan metode Sit Up selama satu menit. FIFA 11+ dilaksanakan selama 6 minggu, 2 sesi per minggu. Perbedaan ketahanan otot sebelum dan sesudah intervensi program FIFA Eleven Plus diuji dengan Paired t test.
Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada nilai ketahanan otot sebelum dan sesudah intervensi Program FIFA 11+ (p<0,001). Ketahanan otot meningkat sebelum intervensi yaitu 46,61 ± 5,53 kali/menit menjadi 52,28 ± 6,31 kali/menit.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan ketahanan otot sebelum dan sesudah intervensi Program FIFA Eleven Plus selama 6 minggu.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Background: Muscle endurance as one important component in football. Muscle endurance can be improved by the physical exercise program. FIFA Eleven Plus (11+) program is a warm-up program in football. FIFA 11+ program alleged to be effectively and efficiently to improving muscle endurance.
Objective: To determine differences in muscle endurance before and after Program FIFA 11+ for 6 weeks on students MARS MUDA football academy Purwokerto.
Method: A quasi experimental study without control group with pre and post test design. The subjects were twenty-eight men with ages 14-17 years and selected through the total sampling. Muscle endurance before and after intervention was measured with a Sit Up method for one minute. Program FIFA 11+ held for 6 weeks, 2 sessions per week. Differences in muscle endurance before and after Program FIFA 11+ were tested with Paired t test.
Results: The results were there are significant differences in muscle endurance values before and after the intervention Program FIFA 11+ (p <0.001). Muscle endurance increase occurred before intervention from 46,61 ± 5,53 time/minute to 52,28 ± 6,31 time/minute.
Conclusion: There were differences in muscle endurance before and after the intervention Program FIFA Eleven Plus (11+) for 6 weeks.
