| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan sinbiotik dalam pakan itik Tegal pengaruhnya terhadap bobot telur dan bobot kuning telur. Materi yang digunakan adalah itik Tegal betina umur enam bulan sebanyak 60 ekor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen in vivo dan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan uji lanjut menggunakan uji ortogonal polinominal. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah penggunaan sinbotik terdiri atas R0 (tanpa sinbiotik), R1 (Penggunaan sinbiotik 2%), R2 (Penggunaan sinbiotik 4%), R3 (Penggunaan sinbiotik 6%). Peubah yang di ukur adalah bobot telur dan bobot kuning telur. Rataan presentase bobot telur hasil penelition R0 R1 R2 R3, berturut-turut adalah 62,50g, 61,46g, 63,38g, 62,18g, 62,43g. Rataan bobot kuning telur R0 R1 R2 R3, berturut-turut adalah 24,36g, 22,10g, 24,30g, 23,08g, 23,46g. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukan bahwa penggunaan sinbiotik dalam pakan itik petelur berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot telur, tetapi berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap bobot kuning telur. Hasil uji lanjut menunjukan bahwa pengaruh penggunaan sinbiotik sampai taraf 6% mengkuti garis regresi Y=24,36–3,533 X+1,5425X2-0,16X2. Penggunaan sinbiotik sampai taraf 6% menghasilkan bobot telur yang relatif sama. Akan tetapi penggunaan 4,72% menurunkan bobot telur sebesar 1,40%. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Objective of this research to find out usage of synbiotic in Tegal duck’s feed ration in effect toward egg weight and yolk weight. The materials used were 60 birds of six month old female duck. This research was done by in vivo method and randomized complete design. The treatment tested were synbiotic usage R0 (synbiotic 0%), R1 (synbiotic 2%), R2 (synbiotic 4%), R3 (synbiotic 6%). The variable measured were egg weight and yolk weight. Means of egg weight percentage of R0 R1 R2 R3, were 62,50g, 61,46g, 63,38g, 62,18g, 62,43g, respectively means of yolk weight R0 R1 R2 R3, respectively were 24,36g, 22,10g, 24,30g, 23,08g, 23,46g, variance analysis exhibit that synbiotic usage in Tegal duck feed was ration not significant (P>0,05) toward egg weight, but highly significant (P<0,01) toward yolk weight. The further test result showed that the effect of synbiotic usage up to 6% followed regression equation Y=24,36–3,533 X+1,5425X2-0,16X2. The use of synbiotic up to 6% of total feed was able to produce egg weight that is relatively the same. But the use of 4,72% reduce the weight of egg by 1,40%. |
