| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kabupaten Banyumas memiliki lebih dari 1000 Sekolah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) yang tersebar luas di berbagai Kecamatan, dan di setiap kecamatan terdapat UPK (Unit Pendidik Kecamatan) sebagai penilik untuk mengawasi secara langsung bagaimana lembaga pendidik berperan. Salah satunya berada di Kecamatan Kembaran yang tidak luput dari perhatian untuk meningkatkan pendidikan pada anak usia dini. Pos PAUD Sekar Kemuning adalah salah satu sekolah untuk anak usia dini yang berada di Desa Bojongsari lebih tepatnya berada di Perum GTSI yang berdiri sejak tahun 2007 dan menjadi pos PAUD pertama di desa tersebut. Sekolah Pos PAUD Sekar Kemuning ini adalah sekolah PAUD milik PKK rw 06 di perumahan tersebut, sekolah tersebut juga hasil dari posyandu rw, karna pendidikan dianggap sangat penting oleh masyarakat maka berdirilah Pos PAUD tersebut. Karna posyandu terfokus pada kesehatan anak dibawah umur dan manula, dan berdirinya pos PAUD untuk memperhatikan aspek pendidikan untuk anak dibawah umur atau anak usia dini di desa tersebut. Metode ysng digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan informannya adalah teknik purposife sampling. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Sasaran dan informannya adalah guru yang mengajar di sekolah PAUD tersebut, anak didik di sekolah, wali murid serta warga sekitar yang mengetahui tentang sekolah Pos PAUD Sekar Kemuning di Desa Bojongsari Kecamatan Kembaran Kabupaten Banyumas.Dari penelitian yang dilakukan selama ini, maka hasil yang didapat dari peran guru terhadap pembentukan karakter pada anak usia dini di Sekolah Pos PAUD Sekar Kemuning sudah cukup baik. |

From the research conducted so far, the results obtained from the teacher's role on the formation of character in early childhood in the School of Post Paud Sekar Kemuning has been good enough.
