| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH KOORDINASI DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KECAMATAN PURBALINGGA, KABUPATEN PURBALINNGGA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Koordinasi dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Purbalingga, Kabupaten Purbalingga, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Adapun sasaran penelitian adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Kantor Kecamatan Purbalingga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode tabel sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan populasi yang ada yaitu sebanyak 19 orang pegawai. Data utama yang menjadi dasar analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang berasal dari seluruh Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Purbalingga yang terkait dengan Koordinasi, Disiplin dan Kinerja Pegawai. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Koordinasi, Disiplin dan Kinerja Pegawai digunakan analisis product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis terhadap data yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini mengantarkan pada beberapa temuan, antara lain : 1. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Koordinasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Purbalingga, Kabupaten Purbalingga. 2. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Purbalingga, Kabupaten Purbalingga. 3. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Koordinasi dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Purbalingga, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kinerja Pegawai di pengaruhi oleh Koordinasi dan Disiplin. Semakin tinggi atau baik Koordinasi dan Disiplin maka semakin tinggi atau baik Kinerja para Pegawai |

Inggris) | This research aims to know in there any influence the coordination and discipline against the performance of employees in district of Purbalingga, Purbalingga, either singly or collectively. As for the goal of the research was the entire civil servant in the office of sub-district of Purbalingga. The method used is survey with a sampling technique using sampling table which is taking a population-based sample contained as many as 19 employees. The main data that is the basis of the analysis in this study is the data that comes from the entire sub-district of Purbalingga clerk associated with coordination, the discipline and performance of employees. Next to find out whether there is influence the coordination and discipline against the officers used performance analysis product moment and multiple regression analysis. The result of the analysis of the data collected in this research are delivering on some of the findings, among other : 1. There is a significant influence of the coordination on performance clerk in the sub-district of Purbalingga, Purbalingga. 2. There is a significant influence of the discipline on performance clerk in the sub-district of Purbalingga, Purbalingga. 3. There is a significant influence of the coordination and discipline against the performance of employees in district of Purbalingga, Purbalingga. So you can conclude that the performance of employees on the influence by coordination and discipline. Getting high or good coordination and discipline then Getting high or good performance of employees. Some of the findings in this study implies several things that can be made as recommendations to related parties considering how important the role of coordination and discipline officers in an effort to improve the performance of employees. |
