| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Permasalahan mengenai kurangnya jumlah platelet dari darah donor dapat diatasi dengan pemilihan subjek donor yang tepat dan waktu yang tepat. Wanita usia reproduktif memiliki jumlah platelet yang lebih tinggi dari laki-laki namun jumlahnya berubah-ubah pada fase-fase siklus menstruasi. Tujuan : Mengetahui perbedaan hasil platelet count fase menstruasi dan fase ovulasi pada wanita usia reproduktif. Metode Penelitian : Analitik observasional jenis studi kohort prospekstif. Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposif sampling dengan jumlah 57 mahasiswi berusia 18-25 tahun dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Hasil platelet count (hitung trombosit) diukur pada saat fase menstruasi dan fase ovulasi. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Penelitian berlangsung dari September 2016 sampai dengan November 2016. Hasil : Analisis uji t berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata platelet count (hitung trombosit) fase menstruasi dan fase ovulasi pada wanita usia reproduktif menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan (p < 0,05) dengan nilai p=0,01. Rerata jumlah platelet fase menstruasi 301,7±62,9 sedangkan fase ovulasi 321,4±69,3. Kesimpulan : Jumlah platelet fase menstruasi lebih rendah daripada fase ovulasi pada wanita usia reproduktif |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background : The problems about insufficient numbers of platelets from bloods donor can be solved with selection of the proper donor subject and right time. Reproductive woman have a platelet count higher than man but the numbers are fluctuate to the phases of menstruation cycle. Objective : Knowing the difference between platelet count results of the menstruation phase and the ovulation phase in reproductive women. Methods : Analytic research observational types of studies cohort prospective was conducted on 57 female students of the Medical Faculty of Jenderal Soedirman University within 18-25 years old were obtained as subject by purposive sampling. The research measure platelet count on menstrual phase and menstruation phase. The statistical analysis performed by paired t test. The research start from September 2016 until November 2016. Results : Paired t test analysis showed significant differences (p value <0.05) with p value=0,01. It is mean the platelet count of menstrual phase and ovulatory phase on reproductive women.The mean of platelet count in menstrual phase is 301.7±62.9 and ovulatory phase is 321.4±69.3. Conclusion : The platelet count of menstrual phase is lower than ovulatory phase on reproductive women. |
