| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Leukositosis adalah sebuah reaksi non spesifik terhadap sejumlah kondisi atau penyakit, dan mungkin merupakan penanda fase akut. Peningkatan jumlah leukosit pada darah perifer dan jumlahnya akan meningkat sesuai dengan besarnya ukuran perdarahan, jumlah leukosit merupakan salah satu penentu hubungan prognosis terhadap pasien stroke hemoragik. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara leukositosis dengan kematian pada pasien stroke hemoragik pada RSUD Dr Margono Soekarjo. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional retrospektif dengan rancangan belah lintang (cross sectional). Data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medik. Waktu penelitian ini adalah September 2016. Tempat penelitian adalah di RSUD Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pasien stroke hemoragik yang tercatat pada rekam medik RSUD Margono soekarjo tahun 2015. Responden yang telah menjalani perawatan selama 24-72 jam, akan di ambil data jumlah leukosit dan keluaran pasien dari RSUD Margono soekarjo. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara leukositosis dengan kematian pada pasien stroke hemoragik, dengan nilai p sebesar 0,935 atau lebih besar dibandingkan nilai alphanya (α = 0,05). Tidak adanya hubungan antara leukositosis dengan kematian pada pasien stroke hemoragik Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara antara leukositosis dengan kematian pada pasien stroke hemoragik di RSUD Margono Soekarjo. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Leukocytosis is a non-specific reaction term of conditions or diseases, and may be a marker of the acute phase. Increasing the number of leukocytes in peripheral blood and the amount will increase according to the size of the bleeding, the number of leukocytes is one determinant of prognosis relation to hemorhagic stroke patients. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leukocytosis with mortality in patients with hemorrhagic stroke at the Hospital Dr Margono Soekarjo. Metode: This study is a retrospective observational study with cross sectional design (cross-sectional). Data research using secondary data from medical records. the research held in September 2016. The research is in the hospital Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Subjects in this study were patients with hemorhagic stroke in the medical record in Margono Hospital Soekarjo 2015. Respondents who had been undergoing treatment for 24-72 hours, will take the number of leukocytes and outputs the data of patients from hospitals Margono Soekarjo. Result: The results of this study showed no Relationship between leukocytosis with mortality in patients with hemorrhagic stroke, with a p value of 0.935 or greater than the value of alpha (α = 0.05). There is a not related between leukocytosis with mortality in patients with hemorrhagic stroke Conclusion: Based on the research results revealed that there was no significant relationship between the leukocytosis with death in hemorhagic stroke patients in hospitals Margono Soekarjo. |
