Indonesia) | Desa Sukasari Kidul merupakan salah satu sentra bawang merah di Kabupaten Majalengka dengan produktifitas sebesar 12,686 ton per hektar tetapi produktivitas tersebut masih jauh dari potensi bawang merah yaitu mampu mencapai 20 ton per hektar. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi bawang merah yaitu dengan penggunaan input yang efisien agar keuntungan yang diperoleh dapat maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menghitung besarnya pendapatan usahatani bawang merah, (2), Menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi terhadap usahatani bawang merah, (3). Menganalisis efisiensi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi pada usahatani bawang merah. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juni - Agustus 2016 di Desa Sukasari Kidul. Sampel petani diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh 34 petani sampel. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan teknik wawancara menggunakan bantuan kuisioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah (1) Analisis pendapatan usahatani, (2) Analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas, (3) Analisis efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Total biaya yang dikeluarkan pada usahatani bawang merah yaitu sebesar Rp107.258.238,00 per hektar dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp241.036.124,00 per hektar dan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp133.777.886,00 per hektar (2) Seluruh faktor produksi berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi bawang merah, namun secara parsial luas lahan, bibit, dan pupuk anorganik berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil produksi bawang merah (3). Nilai rata-rata efisiensi teknik usahatani bawang merah sebesar 0,93 yang berarti usahatani bawang merah telah efisien. Efisiensi harga sebesar 8,05 yang berarti usahatani bawang merah belum efisien secara harga. Efisiensi teknik usahatani bawang merah tercapai tetapi efisiensi harga belum tercapai, sehingga usahatani bawang merah belum efisien secara ekonomi. Usahatani bawang merah menguntungkan bagi petani. Faktor produksi lahan masih dapat ditingkatkan serta faktor bibit dan pupuk anorganik dikurangi agar efisiensi harga terpenuhi yaitu NPMx/ Px = 1. |

Inggris) | South Sukasari village is one of the centers of onion farming in Majalengka with productivity of 12,686 ton per hectare, it’s way of the potential of onion productivity that could reach up to 20 tons per hectare. An effort should be made to increase the production of onion by using input efficiently to maximize the benefits. This study aims to (1) calculate the income of onion farming, (2), to analyze the effect of factors of production used on onion farming, (3). Analyze the efficiency of the use of factors of production on onion farming. The study is conducted at South Sukasari, on June - August 2016. Farmers sample determined by simple random sampling method and gained 34 samples. Data were collected by observation and interview techniques by using questionnaire. The data analysis method used are: (1) Analyze of farm income, (2) Cobb Douglas production function analysis, (3) Analysis of efficiency. The results showed that: (1) The total cost of onion farming is Rp107.258.238,00 per hectare with the revenue of Rp241.036.124,00 per hectare and Rp133.777.886,00 per hectare of net income (2) production factors significantly influenced the production of onions, but partially land, seed and inorganic fertilizer significantly affected the yield of onion (3). The average value of onion farming techniques efficiency is 0.93, which means onion farming has been inefficient. Efficiency rates of 8.05, which means onion farming in the South Sukasari yet efficient on price. onion farming achieved technical efficiency but the efficiency of the price has not been reached, so the onion farming is not economically efficient. Onion farming profitable for farmers. The factor production of land could be increased and the factor of seed and inorganic fertilizer should be reduced so the efficiency of price could be fulfilled NPMx / Px = 1. |
