| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian berjudul “Pengaruh Lindi TPA Banjaran Purbalingga Terhadap Keragaman dan Kelimpahan Plankton Pada Saluran Irigasi Banjaran Purbalingga” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kelimpahan dan keragaman plankton antara sebelum dan sesudah tercemari lindi TPA Banjaran Purbalingga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, dengan menggunakan Stratified Random Sampling. Pengambilan sampel pada 5 stasiun dengan masing-masing stasiun 2 kali ulangan, waktu penelitian pada bulan Agustus 2016. Data dianalisis dengan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keragaman plankton yang diperoleh Keragaman plankton sebelum tercemar lindi TPA banjaran Purbalingga untuk fitoplankton ditemukan 11 genera sedangkan zooplankton ditemukan 6 family dan sesudah tercemar lindi TPA banjaran Purbalingga fitoplankton ada 5 genera sedangkan zooplankton ada 7 family. Kelimpahan plankton sebelum tercemar lindi TPA banjaran Purbalingga untuk fitoplankton rata-rata 19,820±11,024ind/L dan sesudah tercemar lindi TPA Banjaran Purbalingga rata-rata 9,137±5,105ind/L. Zooplankton rata-rata 5,275±4,451ind/L dan sesudah tercemar lindi TPA Banjaran Purbalingga rata-rata 3,673±3,347ind/L. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research entitled by “Effect of leachate TPA Banjaran Purbalingga to common Diversity and Abundance of Plankton in Canal Irrigation Banjaran Purbalingga”. The purpose of this research is to know the difference diversity and abundance plankton between before and after contaminated of leachate TPA Banjaran Purbalingga. The research method used is survey method by using Stratified Random Sampling. Replicates of sampling five station with two replicates of sampling, this research conducted in August 2016. Data were analyzed by F test. The results obtained by the diversity of plankton before contaminated leachate TPA Banjaran Purbalingga, for phytoplankton abundance as many as 11 genera meanwhile zooplankton abundance as many as 6 family dan after contaminated leachate TPA Banjaran Purbalingga for phytoplankton abundance as many as 5 genera meanwhile zooplankton abundance as many as 7 family.
